The Space:

The apartment is located on the second floor of a traditional Milanese residential building, accessible by stairs, and overlooks an internal courtyard, which helps create a quiet and peaceful atmosphere despite its urban location.



The interiors are simple, welcoming and arranged with practicality in mind. The living room includes a comfortable sofa, a Smart TV and a dining area with a table that can also be used as a workspace. Guests interested in design and graphic arts will also find a selection of books available to browse during their stay.



The compact kitchenette provides the essentials needed to prepare breakfast, a snack or a simple meal. The living area also opens onto a small balcony, offering a pleasant spot to step outside and enjoy some fresh air.



The bedroom features a spacious and comfortable bed, together with generous wardrobe space, making the apartment suitable for both short and longer stays. The bathroom is fully equipped and includes a comfortable shower.

The Neighborhood:

The apartment is located in Città Studi, one of Milan’s most pleasant and well-connected residential neighbourhoods. The area combines a peaceful, local atmosphere with a lively university presence, thanks to the nearby Politecnico di Milano. Guests will find cafés, restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets and everyday services within easy walking distance.



The Politecnico can be reached in approximately 10 minutes, while the nearest metro station offers convenient connections to the city centre and Milan’s main areas of interest. The location is also particularly practical for reaching Milan Linate Airport, making the apartment a convenient choice for both business trips and leisure stays.



Getting Around:

From Milano Centrale railway station, one of the easiest options is to take tram 5 and get off at the Via Beato Angelico–Via Aselli stop, located just a few minutes’ walk from the apartment. Depending on traffic, the entire journey usually takes approximately 25–30 minutes. Alternatively, a taxi normally takes around 15–20 minutes.



From Milan Linate Airport, take the M4 metro directly from Linate Aeroporto to Argonne. From Argonne station, the apartment can be reached in approximately five minutes on foot. The metro journey takes around 10 minutes, making Linate the most convenient airport for reaching the property.



From Milan Malpensa Airport, take the Malpensa Express train to Milano Centrale. The train journey takes approximately 50 minutes. From Centrale, continue by tram 5 to the Via Beato Angelico–Via Aselli stop and walk the final few minutes to the apartment.



From Bergamo Orio al Serio Airport, the most convenient public transport option is one of the airport shuttle buses to Milano Centrale. From the central station, take tram 5 and get off at Via Beato Angelico–Via Aselli.



Travel times may vary depending on traffic, waiting times and service changes. We recommend checking Google Maps or the official ATM Milano app shortly before travelling for the most up-to-date route.



Other Things to Note:

Early or late check-in, late check-out, and additional sets of bed linen or towels may be available for a small extra fee, payable upon arrival. Pets are not permitted.



In accordance with Italian regulations, all guests are required to complete the online registration process and provide a valid identity document before check-in.



Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the apartment or the building. As the property is located in a quiet residential setting, we kindly ask guests to keep noise to a minimum and respect the neighbours.
