The Space
The apartment features a spacious, modern living room, designed down to the smallest detail to make your stay truly special.

The space is bright and welcoming, with colors chosen to create an elegant and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for any time of day.

The apartment is spread over two floors: on the lower level, you’ll find the living area, the open kitchen, and the bathroom, while the sleeping area is located on the upper level.

Lower level:

Living area: The living room is furnished with a sofa that converts into a comfortable sofa bed, complete with sheets, pillows, and a comforter. A TV is available for relaxing with a movie or TV show.

Kitchen: The kitchen is spacious and equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. You’ll find a refrigerator, freezer, induction cooktop, set of pots and pans, dishes, silverware, oven, dishwasher, glasses, sink, and a dining table.

Bathroom: Elegant and refined, it features a spacious shower stall, toilet, bidet, sink, mirror, and hair dryer. You’ll also find a complimentary toiletries kit for your comfort.

Upper Floor:

Sleeping Area: On the upper floor, you’ll find a large, comfortable double bed, complete with sheets, pillows, and a comforter. A spacious closet is available for convenient storage of your personal belongings.


The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and heating, ensuring maximum comfort in every season, both in summer and winter.
Guest Access
In-person identification is required at our office, as mandated by Milan law. As soon as you check in person, we will provide you with the digital keys.

Anyone who checks out late will be subject to a penalty to be paid through Airbnb.


PLEASE RESPECT THE CHECK-IN AND CHECK- (15:00 - 21:00) TIMES. IF YOU ARE RUNNING LATE OR ARRIVING EARLY, PLEASE LET US KNOW VIA CHAT! THANK YOU.

There is an extra charge of 50€ for check-ins after 9:00 PM. We accept check-ins until 11:45 PM, but no later.

There is an extra charge of €15 per hour for late check-out after 10:00 AM.

IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW THE HOUSE RULES, A PENALTY WILL BE IMPOSED.
Other things to keep in mind
We also offer a crib service for families. However, we need to know in advance so we can prepare everything necessary for your baby.
The rental fee is only 20€.
There is a 15€ charge for separate beds.

We simply ask that you let us know as soon as possible.
