The Space
A contemporary retreat designed to help you truly unwind: every corner has been carefully redesigned to offer you a comfortable, seamless, and carefree experience.

The spaces are spacious, bright, and comfortably accommodate up to 3 guests. The apartment is spread over two levels, naturally separating the living area from the sleeping area.

On the lower level, you’ll find a modern and functional living room with an open kitchen: a convivial space where you can relax, watch a movie on TV, or use the sofa as a comfortable extra bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped and ready to use, perfect for both quick meals and more elaborate dinners: you’ll find a stovetop, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator with freezer, as well as dishes, pots, and everything you need.

Also on this level, the bathroom is practical and elegant, equipped with a shower, complimentary toiletries, soft towels, and a hair dryer.

Heading up to the next floor, you’ll enter a more intimate and cozy sleeping area, featuring a spacious and comfortable double bed, made up with sanitized linens to ensure your utmost comfort.

The free, high-speed Wi-Fi allows you to work or browse the web without interruptions, while heating and air conditioning ensure the ideal climate in every season.

Check-in-in takes place at our office, with access to the apartment available from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. You must provide your identification documents before arrival; without them, we will not be able to accommodate your stay.

If you plan to arrive early or late, please let us know via chat so we can make the necessary arrangements.

For arrivals after 9:00 PM, there is a €50 surcharge. We accept check-ins until 11:45 PM (no later than this time).
Check-out is by 10:00 a.m.; any delays will incur an additional charge of €15 for each extra hour.

To ensure a smooth stay, please do not disconnect the Wi-Fi: the apartment’s access system may not function properly.

Please note that compliance with the house rules is essential: any violations may result in penalties.
