The apartment has a bright living area with a comfortable sofa, TV, open kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay and has a dishwasher and washing machine. The living room is also equipped with Wi-Fi and air conditioning.
The sleeping area includes a comfortable double bedroom with a double bed and a large wardrobe. The sofa bed in the living room can be used to accommodate a third person.
The bathroom, completely new, is organized with a sink in the dressing room and a separate area with toilet, bidet and shower.
The apartment is located in a building serviced by an elevator and has been furnished in a modern, simple and elegant style, with particular attention to practicality and comfort. It is designed to offer everything you need to feel at home, both during a short stay in Milan and for longer periods.
The location is one of the strengths of the house: the Zara metro stop can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot and allows you to reach the Duomo in about 15 minutes by direct line. Milano Centrale Station can be reached in about 10—15 minutes on foot or in about 5 minutes by bus. In the immediate vicinity there are also supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants, making it easy to have everything you need at your fingertips.
For those arriving by car, it is possible to find parking on the streets of the area; where provided, parking is regulated and for a fee. The location also allows you to easily leave your car and then move around Milan by subway and other public transport.
