Navigli Inner Court - La Vista Apartments

Located in the heart of the Navigli district, one of Milan’s most elegant and authentic neighborhoods, this charming split-level apartment is situated in Corso San Gottardo 18, inside a refined and traditional Milanese “casa di ringhiera” courtyard building.


The apartment is located on the first floor and can be reached via a short flight of stairs. The interiors combine historic Milanese charm with modern comfort, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere perfect for both leisure and business stays.


Right next to the entrance, guests will find a small fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Separate from the kitchen is the dining area, enhanced by a beautiful historic wood-burning fireplace, now used for decorative purposes only, adding character and charm to the space. The area also includes a cozy living room with sofa and TV.


On the main floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a spacious walk-in closet, as well as a full bathroom with shower.


Upstairs, the second sleeping area features another double bed beneath a beautiful skylight, creating a relaxing and intimate atmosphere after a day exploring the city. A second service bathroom completes the upper floor.


The location is ideal for experiencing Milan at its best: just steps away from the Navigli canals, surrounded by restaurants, cafés, boutiques, and convenient connections to the city center and Milan’s main attractions.
 
The staircase and the upper floor are not suitable for very young children.
