Everything here is white and seamless: the resin floor extends from the kitchen all the way to the bedroom without any thresholds, and on a clear morning, the light streaming in through the floor-to-ceiling windows travels the entire length of the space.

60 m² — large for a one-bedroom apartment in Milan — quiet even late at night, with an elevator, two small balconies, and air conditioning in both rooms.

The M1 and M4 subway lines are each a ten-minute walk away, plus tram and bus service. Grocery stores and shops are much closer.

Then there’s the shower: a large walk-in shower with gray microcement walls, which opens onto the hallway on one side and directly into the bedroom on the other. It tends to be the thing people remember.
