In-person identification is required at our office, as mandated by Milan law. As soon as you check in person, we will provide you with the digital keys.

Anyone who checks out late will be subject to a penalty to be paid through Airbnb.


PLEASE RESPECT THE CHECK-IN AND CHECK- (15:00 - 21:00) TIMES. IF YOU ARE RUNNING LATE OR ARRIVING EARLY, PLEASE LET US KNOW VIA CHAT! THANK YOU.

There is an extra charge of 50€ for check-ins after 9:00 PM. We accept check-ins until 11:45 PM, but no later.

There is an extra charge of €15 per hour for late check-outs after 10:00 AM.

IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW THE HOUSE RULES, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A FINE.

Other things to keep in mind
We also offer a crib service for families.
However, we need to know in advance so we can prepare everything necessary for your baby.
The rental fee is only €20.
For separate beds, the cost is €15.
