“We stayed 3 nights and really enjoyed our time in Sandusky. James was a great host although we found no reason to exercise his help. The pool was great, water was warm and refreshing. The only negative to report was the grill. It needs to be replaced.With 4 adults and one teenager the single bathroom could have been an issue but we were able to plan around it. “Communication with the host was virtually non-existent. The host did not provide a check-in email until I had to call the VRBO ask that they intercede in communicate with the host. We waited outside of the rental for nearly 20 minutes trying to figure the situation out. The host eventually emailed the door code and check in information. “The property is located in a neighborhood, but immediately in the middle of all destinations - the pier, Cedar Point, fishing, etc. The front screen door is broken and the message feature with the host is non responsive. Overall, the place did the trick and we would rent it again.”
