“What a gem! The house is lost. Host is so well organized and communicates well. Location is convenient to Mt. Abrams, Sunday River and the town of Bethel. We were there during a snow storm and driveway and walk way were shoveled in the morning. The house was super cozy, clean and comfortable. I did not want to leave! Thank you for a great stay. ”

“The location was perfect, just a few minutes to various Sunday River lifts and the house is brand new. We loved curling up in front of the gas fireplace at night and also enjoyed the outdoor hot tub and fire pit. The host was quick to respond to any questions and we would definitely come back. ”

“Beautiful place, very clean and cozy with nice touches. Our group of 9 fit quite comfortably. Beds were comfy, hot tub was ready for us and clean, and the kitchen and sitting area were generous and beautiful. I say it was cozy but the A-frame ceiling is high and gorgeous, but somehow still cozy! Loved the place and Dave and Kim were a pleasure to work with - plenty of communication and they were available for any issues, but we had none. Highly recommended!”
