“Best stay ever! The cottage was super cozy and cute! Meticulously decorated with a country vibe and felt welcomed. Super clean and felt safe using kitchen supplies. A very sweet hand written card with farm fresh eggs and a cute succulent was a nice surprise. When going for a walk to the river, all of the friendly neighbors waved at us! That doesn’t happen in NYC. We enjoyed our visit and will be back for sure. ”

“I enjoy my weekend in Barryville. Tiny house was as advertised, but once there I felt it was a bit too small for me - I’ve never been in a tiny home before, so didn’t know what to expect. Definitely not ADA friendly - I’m in fairly good shape, but felt a bit unsteady on the stairs and ladder to the loft especially at night. Overall though, it worked for my needs.”

“We had such a great time. The cottage was cozy, warm and private. The fireplace was romantic for our valentines weekend. The pond was very nice to hear the sound of the river. Communication with the staff was easy and the respond very quickly with any information we needed. We will be back with the whole family in the summer. We highly recommend the cottage. Ty ”

“We spent a long weekend at the home for a girl's weekend spa visit and relaxation. The home was easy to navigate with everything easy to find (with lots of labels)! The pool/hot tub was wonderful on the one sunny day we had. The fireplace was cozy on the rainy days. Great place for a visit!”
