This stunning 3-bedroom, 2-full bathroom vacation rental boasts a recently updated interior that seamlessly blends modern design with the serene ambiance of the surrounding coastal landscape. With ample space for up to 6 guests, this home is ideal for families or groups of friends looking to unwind and create unforgettable memories.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by an open-concept living area that seamlessly connects the fully equipped kitchen, dining space, and comfortable living room. Large windows allow natural light to fill the room.

The clean-lined kitchen features stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, and all the essential cookware and utensils needed to prepare delicious meals for your family and friends. The adjacent dining area comfortably seats 6, making it the perfect spot for sharing meals and engaging in lively conversation.

The living room is thoughtfully furnished with plush seating, ensuring that you and your guests can relax in style after a day spent exploring the outdoors. Enjoy your favorite shows and movies on the large flat-screen TV, or simply unwind and take in the picturesque views of the bay.

The three spacious bedrooms are tastefully decorated, each offering a tranquil retreat for a restful night's sleep. The owner suite features a comfortable king-size bed, while the remaining two bedrooms offer queen-size beds.

Two full bathrooms, both recently updated, ensure that your group can comfortably get ready for the day's adventures. The bathrooms feature modern fixtures and plenty of counter space for your toiletries.

One of the highlights of this incredible vacation rental is the expansive outdoor space. Hang out on the beach or sit around the fire pit after a fun day in the sun.

Dog Friendly with non-refundable fee and signed addendum. (1 dog unless otherwise approved by owner).

Bikes and Kayaks available for guest use with signed addendum.

Linens, Bath Towels and Beach Towels Included.

The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.

VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as Owner on VRBO. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked you will be contacted by the management company and sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed. Apart from Damage Protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking.

This property looked just like the pictures on the listing did. It was very clean. The aesthetic was amazing. Everything we needed was already there including extras that we had already packed. It was very open & roomy. It was so convenient with the beach being right there & an outdoor shower included. 10/10 recommend!
