“We were in town for a wedding. Location was great to the wedding venue. We would definitely come back to this property again if our travel would take us to Lewes. The property was perfect, highly recommend this property to anyone. Just one suggestion maybe a TV out in the sun room, since that is where we spent most of our time.”

“My sister and I stayed for a week and it was the best experience!! The house was immaculate! The owner, Jeffrey, was absolutely a joy to work with and got right back to us every time we needed him (even at 1am when we locked ourselves out of the house). I really cannot say enough about this beautiful place. Oh, don't bother bringing bottled water because the water from the tap is from an artesian well and that is all we drank the entire time!! Thank you, Jeffrey, for allowing us the opportunity...

“I used to live in The Palms so it was a no brainer to rent a place when I had to work in the area for a month. The condo was great, clean and quiet. Just a couple of small things. I know Rehoboth but for those who don’t an updated info folder would be great. The dryer did take multiple cycles to dry stuff but I had read this in a previous review so was prepared and I hang dry most stuff so I bought a drying rack. Loved my time there and made me miss my old place.”

“We stayed at Janie's place as two families with an infant and two 4 year olds. The location is perfect, just far enough off the main strip that it wasn't too loud but an easy walk to great restaurants and the beach, and then an easy trolley to Funland for the kids. The private beach within Snug Harbor also can't be beat - perfect spot for the kids to play after dinner while the parents enjoyed a glass of wine and watched the sunset! “The location of this home is everything. Water views in all directions, a quiet secluded street, neighbors but great bars and restaurants are just 15 minutes away. I fell in love with the little town of Milton. We celebrated my son’s 1st birthday with a long weekend and it was just perfect for him.
