“Absolutely amazing stay!!! Paul ,the owner , is so attentive and has amazing customer service support. The staff kept our rooms super tidy. It was so helpful to have a toster, fridge and microwave in the room. They have a beautiful field in the back for space for our son to play catch and stretch. Highly recommend to all families to stay here. Only 8 minutes away from dreams field.”

“The inn is very pretty. Make sure to have all the instructions available before you arrive. We arrived late at night, nobody was at the front desk and cell phone reception was terrible so it took me a bit of time to find the room number and code to get in. Be ready to take stairs to get to your room. The room was beautiful and so clean. We never got to see any staff on site, but our short stay was very pleasant.”

“Really enjoyed my stay. Staff very friendly. Nice location, off the lake. Just a couple of issues. Tough to locate some basic necessities, like cups, dishes silverware. But if you ask staff, they will definitely help. Rooms a little small and slanted. Restaurant only opened Thursday through Sunday, and I was not aware of this. Invited my in laws to dinner there on a Wednesday, only to find out after they arrived, that the restaurant was closed.”

“We stayed here because we were attending a wedding a few miles away. The owners were nice at check in. The room did have an air freshener smell to it that was trying to hide a nasty cigarette smell but what do you expect for a cheap motel. We quick dropped our stuff and went to the wedding. After the wedding it was about midnight. The room still stunk but it was The bathroom that was disgusting. It had a very pungent vomit smell. There were stains on the heater, that could have easily been...

“Everything was nice and neat. It was just smaller than I expected. I could hardly turn around in the shower because it was so small. The staff was very helpful in helping us get around town and finding eating places.”

“Property is excellent. Lost water one night but that was it. Only 2 things I didn’t like was the 9pm cut off on use of the pool and that there was no staff onsite at night in case of emergency.”

“Perfectly clean room, excellent room rate, easy check-in experience, new fixtures in the bathroom, and a larger than usual mini-fridge. We would certainly stay here again! The manager allowed us to check-in a few hours early to freshen-up before attending a funeral, and then she waived the early check-in fee - CLASSY LADY!!”

“We stayed on the third floor which got us our exercise. They were painting and doing some updates so that’s always good. Loved having only a short walk to Cooperstown. Great stay!”

“Rooms were kept clean on a regular basis without ever having to ask for housekeeping. Staff was friendly and jolly. Rooms were air conditioned kept very cool to sleep comfy at night. Can’t get better than free breakfast. I will stay here again no doubt.”
