âWow! What an unexpected surprise! This was one of the best hotels that we have ever stayed in and we travel A LOT! Great staff, great food and an incredible rooftop bar! Would make another trip to Grapevine just to stay in this hotel! â

The young man in the reception area was really nice and helpful. Room was clean and accessible parking.
What would make it better is to have a charging station for electrical cars.

âOf course the location is excellent for a stayover when connecting flights over two days. But it was also a lovely room and an excellent restaurant where we had a very nice evening meal and great breakfast buffet. Staff was wonderfull all around. Super clean and quiet as well.â

âflight was canceled and needed overnight room. immediately had room with quick check in. good coffee. friendly shuttle drivers. BASIL- shuttle driver helped out and smiled whole timeâ
âThis might be the worst hotel I've spending a night at.
Booked a non smoking room. The room totally stinks from cigarettes.
The bed frame is broken, efficiently turning the king size to a single bed.
The bathtub had no stopper/plug rending it useless as a bathtub.
The room was dirty, other people's hairs everywhere etc.
The WiFi didn't work at all, the receptionist said his manager needed to restart something, but that never happened.
Avoid this piece of junk. You would probably sleep better...
