“The breakfast was ok, eggs were not very hot and the coffee did not taste the same on the second day. I can understand not fully cleaning the room two days in a row but there shunould have been hand soap in the room and towels should have been replenished on a daily basis. We like staying at Hampton Inns when we travel but this one needs more attention to detail.”

“The property was spotless from lobby, buffet, elevators to hallways and rooms. One guest elevator was down and that caused a small delay at busy times. The staff was friendly and helpful. Next time in Dallas, we will book this facility. Thanks to all the staff.”

“Exceptionally clean, and decent for the price. The only issues were the non absorbent towels and road noise from the freeway. ”

“The tv didnt work. The wifi didnt work . I called down to the man at the front desk and he said there is no code for the wifi. Well wifi never work . Went down in the am to look for some food and the morning guy gave me the wifi code. So the 1st guy just lied. Than i told morning shift the tv didnt work and he said he would send someone to fix it. Well that never happened . One of my worst stays ever ”

“Everything was amazing....the room had old linens on pull out bed, floor had not been swept or mopped, ac was not working and leaked on carpet”

“The food at the restaurant inside was good, the hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas, all the staff were nice. The manager came over personally and asked about my stay when I was at the bar. Many holiday parties going on. Perfect location to walk around Grapevine and uber if needed to further locations. ”

“Spider in the room, no shuttle before 6am, impossible to get picked up from the airport, desk clerk could not handle a phone call to even say that the shuttle would not pick up at the airport, desk clerk put me on hold for ages and never got back to me, desk clerk was incompetent, staffing is obviously an issue. Minimalist idea of hotel.”

“Hotel is WYSIWYG; I guess the condition is reflected in the price. At 3am, I saw a bed bug came out of the bedsheets and I was restless for the rest of the night. The place is okay for the price of it, so, no need for me to complain.”
