“Amazing house, perfect floor plan for my family and my two friends families to share. Kids had their own space and we had plenty of options for inside and outside fun.”

“The house is very remote from my venue (FENCE), but not difficult to find. Upon arrival, the outside looked like a dump, but the interior was clean and while very cluttered to my taste, attractive. The problems I had were - no closets in bedrooms (there was a room devoted to laundry and closet, but full of owners' clothers); the kitchen apparently had no dishes except a few children's plates. Could not find ANY plates, bowls, etc. so breakfast was out of the question; no directions at all...

“The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Host communicated very well. We would stay there again.”

“We took a quick trip to Tryon and stayed one night - I wish we had planned for more because this stay is a gem. Such character and thoughtfulness to the period in which it was built. We will stay here again for sure.”

“Perfect Little Mountain Getaway! What a wonderful little retreat! This tiny house was everything we could have hoped for—cozy, nicely decorated, spotless, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We especially loved the electric fireplace, which made the evenings feel extra cozy! The outdoor space was just as inviting. Sitting by the firepit under the hanging lights, enjoying the peaceful sounds of the water, was such a lovely way to unwind. The setting offered a nice sense of...

“This is a cute tiny cabin. The pros are it’s convenient to both Landrum and Tryon. The hot tube was great and we thought the bed was very comfortable. Cons: The TV was in a very weird spot and could not be moved to watch from the couch or the bed. Also, we couldn’t figure out how to work the TV. I found out the remote was dead and needed to be charged, that is something that should be done before we arrive. There are very few glasses in the kitchen. I had to drink wine from a coffee cup. It...

“This was a super cute bungalow! I love how it is in "downtown" Tryon. You cannot get closer to the shops and restaurants of "downtown." I wish we had time to stay longer. Highly recommend!”

“A magical farm you won't want to leave! Plenty of room to roam and sit outside to enjoy nature during the day. At night we really enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub under the lit pergola. Slept like a baby on a very comfortable bed and loved that we had the option for A/C or a fan and that we could open the "garage" door on the unit for fresh air if we wanted. And finally, the best part of Alpine South, the family who runs it. They make you feel like you're staying with old friends from the moment...

“Our experience was beyond amazing! Everything was very clean and neat when we arrived and the place was gorgeous!”

“Great house! Will stay again!”

“Great views from back deck and a great location. Close to everything. Look forward to going back.”

“This was a great property for our stay while attending a horse show at Tryon. Very close to the location, clean and well equipped. The hosts were wonderful and made sure everything was ready for us to arrive and kept in touch to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip.”

“The cutest little find. Hosts were punctual with response times and the container house was very cozy. The espresso machine was a fun touch I didn’t pay attention to when booking. Much needed relaxing getaway.”

“This was a great little house. It was well equipped and even had K-cups and sweetner already stocked. This little extra touch was a great. The house was super cute and we actually ran into the owner who has a house on property and he let my son feed the fish in the pond that is on property. Great experience.”

“We loved the location of this property, private feeling and with trees all around. The smells and sounds of summer and nature were very relaxing. We loved the outdoor space and the windows which afforded a lovely view no matter where you looked. It was a like a tree house get away. There are stairs to get to the front door and stairs to get down to the 2nd bathroom and beds on the “basement” level. The downstairs can only be accessed from the outside and is completely separate from the main...

“Communication was quick and easy. The hosts provided some local beer for a fee with the stay which was a nice touch for the beer themed container home. I would stay here again next time I’m in the area.”

“Great property. Very clean, great location, more than enough space and plenty of beds!”

“Great place. Amazing view. Well appointed and plenty of space. Communication great and check in a breeze. Highly recommend.”
