Detta inkluderar kaféer, livsmedelsbutiker, butiker, film / levande teater, vandrings- / cykelleder, levande musik och stadstorget. Vårt hem har stigande tak, naturligt ljus, trägolv + gasspis! Vardagsrummet, matsalen och köket flyter samman för roligt underhållande. 4 super bekväma sängar, 2 badrum, 2 platt-TV.
15 min. kör till både San Francisco och Muir Woods!

Utrymmet
Folk älskar vår egendom eftersom det är extremt bekvämt, bekvämt och roligt! Vi har alltid haft solsken hela dagen, vilket är extremt sällsynt i Mill Valley eftersom många andra fastigheter är täckta av mörker med kullar, träd och berget. När det är dags att gå ut, stiger bokstavligen ut genom vår dörr, finns det romantiska restauranger, oberoende bokhandlare, funky kaffehus, kaféer, massor av shopping, en mamma och pop livsmedelsbutik, biograf, levande musik, "stadstorget", vandrings- och cykelleder och allt det bästa Mill Valley har att erbjuda!
På insidan har vi vackra vintage trägolv, ett välutrustat kök, romantisk fjärrstyrd gasspis, stora sovrum, Wifi och två 50-tums platt-TV (vardagsrum och sovrum). Den stora kapaciteten tvättmaskin och torktumlare är bekvämt undangömt i hallen garderoben och en dedikerad parkering utanför gatan är allt ditt. Koppla av eller underhålla i trädgården i trädgården där utemöbler och ljussträngar väntar.

Våra rymliga tre sovrum (1 badrum) sover 6 bekvämt. Vid 1200 SF +/- är vårt utrymme nästan fem gånger storleken på ett typiskt hotellrum. Njut av två fulla bad inklusive ett badkar i befälhavaren. Hela hemmet ligger på andra våningen som nås via antingen en inre eller utvändig trappa bestående av 12 respektive 14 trappsteg. Du är upp och utanför gatan, och alla bekvämligheter i lägenheten är på en nivå. Vi har också en (1) sovrumslägenhet nedan med en egen separat ingång som vi också hyr med HomeAway. Byggnadens framsida (butiksfönster) är en lyxig skönhetssalong. Vaxning, ögonbrynsfärgning, utblåsning och skärning finns tillgängliga. Bröllopsfest älskar det :-)

Sovkonfiguration:
Hyran är konfigurerad för att sova sex (6) inom tre sovrum. Ett sovrum har en king size-säng, ett andra ger en queen-size säng och det tredje ger bekvämt två-tvillingar.

Verkligen det perfekta destinationen året runt, delvis på grund av vårt tempererade klimat och närhet till San Francisco, Muir Woods, vinlandet, Point Reyes National Seashore, Stinson och Muir stränder, Silicon Valley, Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, Monterey, Carmel by havet och Lake Tahoe.

Everything was clearly explained. Gary gave us a beautiful bottle of wine and a gracious birthday gift card for me to Mill Valley Market. We had a Memorial to attend for my bestfriend so coming back to the apt was such a comfort after a bittersweet day of remembrance. Perfectly situated. Wonderful accommodations and amenities.

Amazing Location!

My family loved our stay at the property in Mill Valley. The unit is in a perfect location in downtown Mill Valley just steps from restaurants, shopping, coffee, and more. Highly recommend staying in this clean property with a very accommodating and responsive host!

My husband, daughter, son-in-law and myself stayed at this property. We found the staircase somewhat dangerous with its narrow treads and steepness. I am 78 years old with some minor arthritis and vision issues and I felt uncomfortable navigating these stairs ... although, there is not an easy solution! Elderly or very young children might conceivably have some safety worries! Kitchen was decently outfitted, but kitchen knife array definitely needs sharpening or better quality and "sharp" blades. We found a cheese grater among kitchen accoutrements, but it is bent and broken and should be replaced. For older visitors, bathtub floor is very slippery when wet and could benefit from a non-slip mat. The hand-bar in the tub/shower is too low to provide safe gripping. Would insure better safety if there were a bar installed at a higher level. But overall, our 2 night stay was very pleasant and conveniently located. We enjoyed the outdoor umbrella/table on the patio for a delightful lunch together. We would recommend this property.

downtown Mill Valley

The location of this property could not have been better. We were there for a wedding at the Outdoor Art Club which was just steps from the apartment. The host was amazing through out the stay and leading up to our stay. There is a cute little outdoor patio which the host was gracious enough to let us use for a rehearsal dinner. The apartment was spacious, cozy and clean. I can't wait to go back

Perfect In Every Way

We felt welcomed before we even arrived at this property and the entire stay was perfect from start to finish. Situated in an ideal location, it was very clean, comfortable and easily accommodated our family of four with lots of space for cooking, eating and relaxing. The property is within easy walking distance of a large selection of restaurants, shops and hiking trails and perfectly situated for trips to San Francisco and surrounding sights. I cannot recommend staying here enough, it has given us lovely memories for years to come.

Perfect Spot in Mill Valley

This location was so great for our group. We appreciated how easy it was to check in and check out and felt very taken care of! So much around the property to explore while still being on a quiet street for sleep and early mornings. You can tell the unit takes pride in hosting and we had everything we needed for a stocked kitchen. I appreciate it when it has some essentials about not bare bones!

Excellent staycation!

Gary’s place was true to the photos and description. We were welcomed with a note and flowers and frig essentials to get us started. The kitchen was well appointed and the entire place welcoming. The location is awesome with so much in walking distance.

Family stayed here for our wedding a block away

A vase of fresh flowers and some snacks greeted us, which was such a kind gesture. The location is superb - walking distance to restaurants, the venue, and photo spots. Having a parking space was nice so we didn't have to street park (although keep in mind the driveway is long and narrow - slow and careful is best). As the listing mentions, a flight of stairs is required and we highly recommend the more comfortable exterior flight. We had carloads full of decor boxes and did ok with the steps. The decor is just as charming as pictured and was a great background for getting-ready photos for the bridal party. Washer/dryer was convenient. We had the unique experience of staying during a July heatwave, and Mill Valley, like much of the Bay Area, doesn't do air conditioning very well. It was unfortunately uncomfortably hot inside during the day but cooled down overnight and mornings were lovely. There is a window AC unit in the living room, so likely we would have had the same experience in any VRBO in the area. Perhaps another unit in the rear bedroom would be helpful for future summers. We are still glad we booked this spot for the cuteness and location!

Family Wedding

The location of the property was amazing. Walkable to every wedding venue in town. Mill Valley Inn, Depot Café and Bookstore and the Out Door Art venue. It was great that the VRBO had a designated parking spot. Easy to get to from SFO and a pleasant drive once we got over the Golden Gate Bridge! We were also close to Muir Woods which was a beautiful half day excursion. Great restaurants near by and Mill Valley Market was convenient and good for any forgotten goodies. Gary was a wonderful host, He not only answered every email but also in rapid time. His detailed house guest book gave us great insight to the area, eateries and places of interest with detailed info on hikes walkable from his VRBO. We took a couple of them while we were there. The place was spotless when we arrived and there were no expectations about clean up; we didn't even have to strip the beds-which helps when you have to catch a plane!! We live in Central California and look forward to another visit to Mill Valley and hopefully Gary's VRBO. Thank you Gary for your hospitality.

Everything we had hoped for

We rented 2 apartments from Gary. The studio below for my wife and I and this 3 bedroom for my 2 daughters, their family and 3 young grand Children. Both places were immaculately clean, spacious, thoughtfully appointed, and perfectly located since we were hosting a wedding at the Outdoor Art Club 2 blocks away. Gary was very available and accommodating, although we had few needs since everything was taken care of in advance. Don’t hesitate if you need a place in Mill Valley, studio, 1 or 3 bedroom, I would highly recommend Gary’s places. All of Mill Valley restaurants, coffee shops, markets and venues are within 1-3 blocks.
