“Older hotel with some renovated rooms (which are lovely). Great sized pool with very warm water. Changing rooms in the evening were out of shower gel and full of wet towels. Lockers had keys but no wrist bands so no easy way of storing them. The pool has selected hours that children can use it and these are currently morning or after 4pm. Great location but the hotel doesn’t own the car park and its free parking behind the adjacent aquarium. You get a ticket from the hotel put in your window....

“Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing overall. Although the room had an air conditioning unit, it was not working. A fan was provided instead, but it was extremely dusty. As we were travelling with our 11-month-old daughter, we did not feel it was safe to use due to the amount of dust. Thankfully, the windows could be opened slightly, which helped.
