“The host was good but the amenities were not very clean. Hair and soap scum through the bath and shower and there was hair in the bed linen which seemed it might not have been changed since the last guests. There were insufficient towels. No washers and no hand towels until we found one small brown towel in the dryer which could have been a hand towel or a cleaning rag. Also the soap containers in the bathroom were empty. Would be good to check in with the cleaners as to what their practices...

“The property is a house split into two separate short term rentals, with separate entrances. Whilst the property was comfortable enough, renovated and with ducted heating that worked very well, there were a few issues for us regarding noise. Locked interconnecting door seems to have little, or no, insulation therefore conversations from other rental could be heard in hallway and bedrooms.
