“I had mushrooms growing in my room. I discovered it in the morning of departure (just one night stay). When I told the lady in the reception all I got was, "Yeah, sorry about that, I'll talk to maitnenace". I also contacted customer service, they said they were sorry about my experience and then told me to take it up with Expedia. I will not stay at the Premier Inn Milngavie again”

“On smaller loch ard, near Loch Lomond, this hotel is off the beaten path. It’s beautiful and peaceful with amazing views of the water from every window. The hosts are so welcoming and we wish we would have planned to stay longer. They also saved us a lot of driving time by letting is know of a road closure that wasn’t on google maps. The food was good also but I can’t say enough about the hospitality.”

“We stayed here the first night in Scotland, travelling by car around Scotland.
It was a nice hotel, but if you really should enjoy it you must know that it is a place for horse people!
We had a lovely room with a view of the outdoor jumping arena.
The restuarant is located in the horse center, and has windows towards two indoor horse arenas.
The hotel, breakfast and food are good.
The location is perfect if you, like us used it when exploring the suroundings by car.”
