It was self checkin and everyone who was checking in had issues so someone had to come and help. For a 4 star at this price, it should not be self checkin. âFirst time to the area, for a family wedding at another venue. Staff were great, friiendly with out being over bearing. Room was clean and well maintained and although we only had bar snacks and drinks on site, they were great.â
âThe room that we were first given was very dusty and looked as if it had not been cleaned for a long time so we were given another room. In this room the heating did not work so we were given a stand alone heater.
The up side was that the gentleman on reception did everything he could to resolve these issues which he did to our satisfaction.

"I stayed at Radisson Blu Manchester Airport and overall, the experience was positive. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. The room had excellent soundproofing â despite being directly at the airport, I couldnât hear a single plane, which made the stay calm and relaxing.
However, there were a few issues that brought the impression down. The AC control panel was so worn that some buttons were completely missing, making it impossible to adjust the temperature without improvising with a needle from the sewing kit provided in the room. One of the floor lamps had the wrong type of low-energy bulb installed, which flickered heavily when turned on, so we ended up having to unscrew it. On top of that, there were hairs on one of the shower towels, which is something that simply should not happen at a hotel of this standard.
In summary, the hotel delivered on the essentials â great service, comfort, and impressive soundproofing â but the maintenance and housekeeping details definitely need more attention to truly match the Radisson brand expectations."
