“Property located right up the road from lake. Excellent communication with the property owner. She was quick to say, don’t hesitate if you need anything. Highly recommend this property for vacation rental. Also located right across the street from bar & restaurant, that has great food & cheap cocktails. 5 stars ”

“Had an absolute blast staying here. Was a great location close to the yacht club, the Inbetween and our friends houses. We cooked in every night which was easy and great for big groups. Plenty of beds and baths. We rented a boat nearby and were able to pick our crew up at the pier. Kyle, the host was super communicative. We can't wait to come again next year!”

“We had a wonderful stay at Kosh Kottage. The bugs were pretty heavy during our stay, but not anything anyone could do about that. My spouse and I stayed with our 4 sons and their spouses/girlfriends for 4 days. We had a wonderful trip. There were plenty of activities for everyone and we had such a great time! They are all looking forward to another trip next year! Wish we would have caught some fish, but still a great time had by all.”

“This was the perfect spot for my bachelorette party this past weekend! The property is absolutely gorgeous with plenty of places to sleep for a large group. We loved sitting in the sunroom in the mornings and hanging out in the big backyard, and downtown Lake Geneva is just an easy drive or uber away. Host was very communicative throughout our stay when we had questions. Would definitely recommend for a group trip!”

Coffee was left on counter for us. My grandsons were so excited to see the ping pong and foosball tables in the finished basement. They loved the darts as well! Derek, the owner is very informative and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend staying at this cottage and we will be back ”
