“Quaint property with nice pool. A/C struggle d to keep up with the July heat but it never got uncomfortable inside. Pet friendly and was able to keep my dog contained in the yard but it took additional measures to keep one gate from staying open. Gate could use some repair. Ran dishwasher on the last day but it wasn't draining so dishes didnt get clean. Would rent again.”

“Everything was as described. Host responded quickly to our questions. The pier was magical. The air conditioning was great, which is not always a given in a rental in July in Florida! The grounds and house could use some TLC, but it didn’t negatively impact our stay much. Bring a headlamp, there is not much light outside! There are motion sensor lights but they only stay on for a few seconds. There are also solar powered lights out back as the pictures show which help, but are more for ambiance....

“Good property, closse to the beach. Check in was easy and good communication from the owner. Things that could use improvment. Cleaning of oven, microwave and fans (little details). Kitchen: Excessive pot and pans, most are in bad shape and need to be replaced (toxic).Love that the light switches were labeled. Please consider something similar for the kitchen utensils/appliances/ect. Backyard looked overgrown. The roof patio deck was amazing. Loved the outdoor shower, being able to rinse...

“Amazing house! The photos don’t do this property justice, in the best way! Our family of 10 had plenty of room. Loved being right on the beach. The views were gorgeous. Every room was tastefully decorated with a beachy feel. The house had plenty of beach chairs & umbrellas for all & beach sand toys & floats. The elevator was such a luxury & used immediately to unload luggage/groceries. Having the ability to get groceries delivered saved so much time which gave the family more time on the...
