“The check-in staff are rude and horrible. Words like "the lobby is not the living room of the guest" and "you cannot be here" were spoken within 5 seconds of entering the lobby the first day! It doesnt matter what the check-in staff previously have experienced they should not speak to guest like that. Horrible!
Staff in the bar/restaurant are really sweet and service minded. The other hotel staff are doing their best to get the hotel back after the covid. But the receptionist staff. Horrible at...
