Fancy Free är ett vackert hem med spektakulär, hisnande, lång utsikt över sjön från varje sovrum! Den är utformad för exklusivt boende. Alla sovrummen har eget badrum, TV och balkonger. Varje balkong har egna utemöbler för att du ska kunna njuta och koppla av i komfort.
Den övre nivån innehåller två master sviter med ett vardagsrum / loft tillräckligt stor för en soffa soffa, stolar och ett spelbord. Huvudnivån är ett hem i sig med vardagsrum, sovrum, sovrum och storbilds-TV. Denna nivå har många olika samlingsområden, inklusive ett vardagsrum, matsal, nytt gourmetkök, äterbar och frukostkrog. Det finns också ett pokerbord på den här nivån så att du kan njuta av sjöutsikten medan du spelar kort / spel eller tittar på din favoritlagvinst på storskärms-TV. På denna nivå hittar du också flera olika sittplatser / konversationsområden: framför eldstaden, i vardagsrummet, runt pokbordet, i den av det stora rummet, matbordet och frukostbordet.
Den lägre nivån, för skojs skull. Här hittar du en storskärms-TV, biljardbord, bordtennisbord, fotbollsplan och barnlekplats. Det finns en extra full-size kylskåp och mikrovågsugn på denna nivå så att du kan lagra alla dessa extra snacks med enkel tillgång till gården och bryggan. På den här nivån hittar du också ett universellt gym och löpband, så om du väljer kan du hålla dig till ditt träningsprogram! I hela huset hittar du bekvämligheterna är omfattande. De inkluderar, men inte begränsat, till en privat badtunna, jacuzzi, biljard, ping-pong, fotboll och pokerbord komplett med professionella pokerchips. Det finns två storskärms-TV, två privata bryggor, en simhall med en strand, lekplats, hängmatta och vuxen swing. Dessutom hittar du ännu fler utomhusfaciliteter, för många att nämna eftersom de alltid växer, men inkluderar en basketboll, svänguppsättning, eldstaden, hästskor och massor av strandleksaker och solstolar!

Perfect for families! Gorgeous views from every room! Tons of board games in addition to the pool table, ping pong, air hockey, etc. Tons of water toys in the boat house. Three master bedrooms with full baths - perfect for multiple families or generations. (Plus other bedrooms and bathrooms). We loved the view, hot tub, kayak, easy parking for the rental pontoon boat, Easy boat ride to The Cove. We’ll definitely be back!

Overall we had a wonderful stay and would return if our plans ever take us back to Lake Anna. There was lots of space, indoor and outdoor entertainment, big kitchen with an open floor plan, and a nice boat dock. The only comment is that the cleanliness needs some work. On the surface it's clean, but it really needs a deep clean. A lot of the kitchenware needed cleaned before using, the boat dock needs a good cleaning, the kitchen floor sticky when walking on and patio furniture/cushions need cleaned.

Well stocked, fun home!

We had a great time in our stay at this home. Very well stocked with most anything you could need and plenty of fun activities. There were definitely a few things that could have been a bit cleaner and several broken pieces of furniture and a loose/broken handle on the oven door. Beds were very comfortable and the home is very spacious! Overall a great place and I would visit again, but it could use a little tlc in some of the details!

Disgusting Hot Tub!!

The house is really nice and spacious! communication with Vacasa was easy and they were able to help with what we needed assistance. However, the cleanness of the house was not the best. The house could have at least been vacuumed. The hot tub was very dirty! it was full of algae and there was even two glass bottles of liquor in the water, which is not only hygiene issue but also a safety issue!!!

The place was absolutely beautiful.A true holiday getaway getaway.

The pictures posted of the house don't do justice to what the place looks like in person.We just loved how everything was so clean and well kept. The view from the house is amazing.4 of the bedrooms faced the water and the bonus was all of them had king sized beds that were very comfortable. What we loved also is that the house had its own private beach where we all could swim and have a wonderful time together. Would not just love to come back but also recommend it to friends.

In our opinion some f the furniture inside and out is in desperate need of replacement and updating

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is in a beautiful location and neighborhood but the indoor and outdoor furnishings were broke down and very uncomfortable. The lawn was also in need of mowing which make the bugs situation Terrible!! For the price we just felt things could use some improvement. I want to reiterate we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and make do with what we had and hopefully some updates for comfortable furniture will be made soon because we would definitely like to stay again.

Consistent Problems

When we arrived the wifi was not working. The information they gave us was incorrect and when we reached out to the property manager she was not helpful at all. And it stopped working all together on Saturday even though our checkout was Sunday. The home was lacking towels, if we are staying for multiple days each person shouldn’t only have one towel. The bathrooms were all dirty and the dishwasher still had dirty dishes inside from whoever stayed the last time. There were only a few dishwasher tabs, so we could only run the dishwashers three times each, we had to go out and buy our own to keep washing the remainder of the dishes. There were dead bugs throughout the home, and BITING asian lady beetles all over the ceilings, walls, and in the bathroom. One of the chairs to the poker table was broken and my aunt fell out of it because of it. The jets in the hot tub were dirty, so when we turned it on the tub was filled with dirt. There was alarm locked in one of the private closets that went off everyday at 4am. The views were beautiful but the home did not reflect its beauty in the slightest bit. For the amount of money we paid it was not worth the stay. It needs to be more than just the location, and we are not satisfied with our stay at all.

Spring Break at Fancy Free

This spacious home allowed our 10 member family to spread out and do individual activities: reading or working next to the large picture windows overlooking the lake, playing pool or foosball in the game room, cooking and baking in the well equipped kitchen. The outdoor areas (large dock, sandy beach, play area with swings, a fire pit, hot tub and multiple decks) were well used because we had some beautiful early spring weather. The owners had both indoor and outdoor closets filled with games, toys and water gear for the renter to use. There was plenty of parking and easy driveway access. The only negative things we experienced were: 1. Lack of response from the property manager when we texted, called and left messages 2. The specialized stove needs printed instructions left on the counter not hidden in a drawer 3. Lack of bedrooms (there are several sofa beds and day beds in general use areas. Our family was able to make this work but there are really only 3 adult bedrooms and one for a child. The beds in the adult bedrooms were very comfortable.

Quiet and beautiful winter break

Really lovely house with beautiful views through the two picture windows, lots of space. Fully stocked kitchen with lots of gadgets, pots and pans, serving ware. Great game room downstairs. We went in January so it was really quiet and peaceful. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing and Family Friendly

The house met all our expectations and more!! We got tons of fish off the dock, kids played on the private beach, movie and game nights in the basement! Plenty to keep everyone of every age happy and occupied. Also kitchen had everything you could possibly need!

Great house but 2 small issues

The house was fantastic, perfect for our family. Spacious, clean, boathouse, beach, poker table, kitchen were the highlights. Two Small issues which aren't necessarily significant... The wifi info was incorrect in the email, so we had to hunt for it....was correct on a small brochure downstairs. Also, bigger issue, the air conditioning was a mess...main level fine. Downstairs RIDICULOUSLY cold. Upstairs, only blue bedroom got air, left bedroom was uncomfortably hot. Otherwise the place was fantastic and we will definitely be back!!!

Perfect House with everything you can think of!

This was one of the best properties we have experienced at Lake Anna. House literally had everything you can think of from a fully stocked kitchen, basement with multiple games to keep the whole family entertained. The private beach and outdoor hottub and dock was perfect! Will be saving this property for our next vacation.
