The trail down to the treehouse results in a quiet and secluded space - surrounded by forest and the sounds of birds. As mentioned in the listing, the path from the parking to the treehouse is a somewhat steep wooded trail, and there is a ladder up to the loft bedroom - so this would not be great for those with mobility issues. But for us, these things enhanced our stay, and we would definitely return. ...

“The property was beautiful and Trevor is an excellent host. Everything was very clean and with clear instruction. We came during a heavy snow and were able to enjoy a winter wonderland retreat -Trevor even assisted us getting in and out with our small vehicle. The snowy woods, along with the fire pit, hot tub, sauna and pizza oven made for a beautiful and memorable experience. “The property is located in a very beautiful and secluded part of Virginia. All cabins are nestled within the trees and our unit had a lovely tree shaded deck. We were able to eat breakfast and dinner outside in complete comfort thanks to the trees (this also made it very private). The cabin was nicely designed and the kitchen was clean and very functional.
