BBQ worked, lots of activities indoors and outside, good sitting areas, great location albeit on a busy lake.It's a stretch to say it has AC. There's a portable unit in the back hall with maybe a five/six foot hose. It didn't reach let alone cool the south-facing main area. It's probably fine most times of year but...

“A true week's vacation in a slice of paradise just 30 minutes from Perry Sound. Reservation, check-in process and check-out could not have been more simple and effective.
