“Comfortable stay, nice property. Communication prior to arrival on Expedia was non existent. The nightly rate was fair for what you get, if your getting your own bathroom. The fees were high. You are charged double fees for using Expedia and a card ($18). Couldn't get the TV to work, it was a cold breakfast not a hot one fyi. Guests have to present for owner to run your card. Not sure why that is either if your card is on Expedia. Thank you for the accommodations. ”

“I have so many pictures of the room having holes in the walls, jacuzzi had stuff floating in it and jets didn’t work. There was pink hair everywhere. The shower had no pressure, smoke detector was hanging by wires from the ceiling. Picture frames were crooked, tv had no channels on it. “Overall it was ok but the code to get in didn’t work and I never got a response. Someone who worked there ultimately showed up and gave me a code and then she told me it was the code for the entire building. I don’t think she should be sharing that information. Probably wouldn’t stay here again because of that”

“First timer. Beautiful 120+ y/o home. Kate was a wonderful and interesting host. Being a shared home, in the 7 days we saw her 4 times. The home is beautiful. We enjoyed the garden sitting area very much. We were not around enough to use the first floor area (LR & Kitchen). I believe it had AC but it wasn't needed as the weather was wonderful. My only recommendations would be to put in a good shower curtain, glaze the lower window in the tub/shower, and a little WD40 or adjustment to the...
