“The Quiet Cottage, also known as Stolhammer Hus, is the perfect base to explore the Mesabi Bike Trail and the Range. The house is very clean, well equipped, and very comfortable. Great screened in porch, as well as a deck that has you sitting in the woods. The host is great, very accessible and helpful with local recommendations. I would highly recommend the Quiet Cottage in the Woods!”

“We had a wonderful time exploring the area and didn't realize how beautiful it was. We loved the swing bridge area. We spent a lot of time doing crafts, while the guys went fishing and golfing. It was a very relaxing four days.”

“The wife and I spent our 23 year anniversary at this place. Very close to lots of cool things the North Shore has to offer. You can be in Two Harbors (Tipsy mosquito is cool) in a matter of minutes and you can be in State Parks in a matter of minutes as well. You can literally walk to Betty’s pies and we even took a journey all the way up to Grand Marais (Angry Trout is outstanding)approximately an hour and a half. The evenings were incredibly quiet and the views of the lake as usual are always...

“The cute and cozy cabin is furnished with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The holiday weekend provided some good people watching on the channel, ending with very quiet day and evening. Nicely spaced firepits provided privacy in the evening. The landscaping and flower pots added to the feeling of being at home. The lakes and river gave us many kayaking options. Perfect weather added to the wonderful weekend!”

“Seaglass cottage is located just across the road and sand dunes from the amazing Park Point Beach. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The cottage is outfitted with everything you need. The cool breezes of Duluth allow fresh air with open windows but if it’s too hot, the cottage has AC. We especially appreciate the plentiful wash cloths and towels. The dishwasher, clothes washer & dryer are a really nice way to help guests feel like they can relax. The two porches are wonderful spots to visit or...
