“Very nice hotel.”

“Everything was fine unable to have breakfast due to early morning hospital appointment. ”

“Very good stay overall. The room was very clean. The staff was friendly. There were a few minor issues with the room: very low hot water pressure, no conger space around the advertised kitchen, spartan looking room (cinder block walls with no decor) and one bed with a sagging mattress and defunct frame. ”

“I haven't stayed here since May of 2023. It is definitely not the same as I remember it. The breakfast is bread, dry cereal and pour your own waffle. No butter, coffee is okay. No tea. Motel is not budget-priced. The room was comfortable for sleeping, but the whole place could use a good cleaning. There are lots of places to eat and Applebee's is right across the parking lot. I remember it because it used to be really clean and friendly with good food. ”

“You could go across Burnsville Pkwy to a gas station for snacks. Otherwise you could go the other way along Aldrich Ave to get to Denny’s or Clive’s Roadhouse. (There just wasn’t much inside the hotel for options.) The room itself was okay, but the floor felt cold because it was wood and I had just turned up the heat when I entered the room. (I did notice the bottom dresser drawer by the fridge had duct tape on it.) But the room was clean.”

“Thank you to the staff who checked us in. She was very accommodating as we had a dog with us. He's our family and she treated him as such. Room was very clean, smells clean and bed was comfortable. Will definitely keep staying here when visiting Lutsen.”

“Very clean room. Automated check in is convenient. Only issue was that the HVAC unit was really loud at times throughout the night.”

“DO NOT STAY HERE. Upon pulling into the parking lot I knew I had made a mistake...went to check in and got the keys. Opened the door and there was no TV. Went back to the front desk and asked to be moved to a room with a TV...then walked into the second room and there was 1 double bed...I paid for two beds in the room. Went back down to the front desk and got moved for a third time...got to the third room to find it utterly disgusting and filthy. The linens and carpet looked like it hadn't been...

“The first room we were booked in was the wrong room, and had a guests belongings in it. The second room we were booked in had mold in the microwave. The third and final room seemed ok, until the next day where we found out the shower didn't work. I would never return to this place, very horrible conditions.”

“The breakfast is waffle, cereal, juice, Coffee, powder creamer. The ceiling in the rooms bathroom is crumbling, bed was clean, and someone’s left overs were left in the fridge, the staff was super nice, ”
