“Room was in absolutely awful condition. Horrible dark decor and poor lighting hiding a myriad of maintenance issues and poor cleanliness. Some kind of broken glass in the carpet. Bathroom was dirty and had all kinds of strange overpainting on tile to hide mouldy grouts Cancelled checkin within 10 minutes, asked for my money back and walked away. ”

We had a little problem with this as we were told by a hotel staff member after making our reservation that we “should have picked the dog friendly room on Expedia” but that was not a choice, and were told we “should have just scheduled directly with the hotel.” However, the manager was able to edit our reservation and we...
