âStaff was friendly and incredibly helpful. I had two issues they addressed immediately. The room was clean, quiet, air conditioned, spacious, and a really nice stay. I was in town for a stressful two day event and the hotel was what I looked forward to at the end of each day. Also amazing breakfast options.â
âGreat hotel, great location, and wonderful staff all around. We were greeted kindly at check-in and received a complementary breakfast as it was my birthday. The check-in staff was extremely friendly. Our server the next morning at breakfast was also extremely nice and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. Definitely would recommend this hotel and will stay again if in the area.â
âWe were in town for the Yacht Club Festival and the Hyatt was perfect for our stay. The room was spacious and comfortable; the windows were huge with a view out over the river but had excellent curtains to block out the light of the city.
We were in and out several times to visit parks and attractions around the city and it was quick and easy to text valet and retrieve our car. It was a quick, safe walk to the festival grounds. I would definitely book here again. â
âWe had a wonderful stay here over a long weekend. Check-in was fast and the room was huge. We had garage parking for our full stay. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Best of all- the Air Conditioning was fantastic!!! â
âAs usual stay was excellent - wish spa amenities were open to guests and that getting appointments were easier. One of my reasons for staying is access to sauna - would be the best hotel ever if this was fixed. â
