“The hotel may look new and clean, but that’s where the good part ends. The service here is absolutely terrible. The staff has no clue what they’re doing — every simple request needed 3–5 reminder calls, all day long. No professionalism, no interest, and zero courtesy. Food service is a joke. Minimum 2 hours for any meal, and even then they manage to deliver the wrong items. Overall, a very disappointing stay. The hotel desperately needs proper staff training. Until then, I absolutely would not...

“Fantastiskt fint hotell med stor fin pool, gym, rena och fina rum, mycket trevlig personal, god mat. Mycket hjälpsam "conciergedesk" som kunde fixa läkare, hämta mediciner, mm. Att förbättra: organisationen i frukostserveringen: Att lyckas beställa te/ kaffe så att man fick det i tid var nästan omöjligt/ samma sak vid önskan om påfyllning. Men otroligt trevliga var alla!”
