“This place is basically a hotel. It is very close to the university. The listing is a little misleading as it is only one room. There is a toilet stall but no privacy for the shower or tub. This is meant for a couple on a romantic getaway, not right for families or friends. There is no parking except on a narrow road which is difficult to navigate. “The house is excellent and very well equipped. The outside is set to lawn with secure boundaries and therefore great for dogs to roam. The house is well set out for either families or a group of friends. The house is also ideally placed for amenities in the local town or as a base for exploring the area I.e. the local coast, Averio or Porto. The host is excellent and always available to resolve issues or to provide direction or advice. ”

“The house was as pictured. The neighborhood is a little out of the way (between to tiny fishing towns). There are great local fresh seafood restaurants and pastry shops but you must drive everywhere from the house. The beach is huge and beautiful and a short drive from the house. ”

“We stayed at the house for one week. We found the home to be clean and perfect for our family. The house was spacious and we enjoyed the location as it was close to Aveiro and beaches. There is a cafe within walking distance as well as a grocery store. Our host was welcoming and friendly. It was a great value for the money. ”

“Een schone, ruime villa, in een zeer rustige omgeving vlakbij het strand. Badjassen en sloffen lagen voor ons klaar, dat gaf een heel luxe gevoel. Ook waren er speelattributen voor in het zwembad. De host was zeer vriendelijk en gaf ook tips vooor de omgeving. De echte nadelen die wij kunnen noemen waren wat mankementen, zoals de afzuigkap die het niet deed, lang wachten op heet water uit de kraan en de douches waren niet heel fijn. Maar wij hebben er geen minder leuk verblijf door gehad”

La recepción de Antonio fue muy buena. Su disponibilidad, estupenda. El folleto que nos envió con lugares de interés y actividades nos fue útil. La casa exteriormente es amplia. Tiene una buena piscina con sus servicios de tumbonas y sillas además de una zona infantil. Hay espacio de aparcamiento...
