Welcome to 39 Topaz Cove (“Palms N' Roses”). This 3-level, near-the-beach (0.2 miles) home was fully remodeled in 2026, has all new furniture, is professionally designed, and comes fully stocked with beach gear, games, and free beach chair service. Located in the gated Emerald Shores community on a quiet cul-de-sac with access to two large community pools (1 heated), pickleball, tennis, and basketball courts, and a huge, shaded beachfront cabana. Plus, you have easy access to all the dining and attractions of Miramar Beach and Destin!

✹ No parties or loud music - Occupancy and noise limits are strongly enforced by local authorities and subject to fines.
✹ Booking guest must be 25+ and present during the whole stay - In the event of a disturbance, property security or local police will be called.
✹ From March 1 - October 31, Emerald Shores requires wristbands for the private beach access/cabana and community pools. The total cost for your whole group is $30, purchased at the Emerald Shores cabana from the La Dulce Vita staff during your first visit to the beach.
✹ HOA does not permit RVs, trailers, or campers
✹ Cancellation policy: One hundred percent (100%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date. Fifty percent (50%) will be refunded if made more than 14 days prior. For cancellations within 14 days, no refund will be issued unless travel insurance has been purchased. The 4% credit card processing fee is non-refundable. Please note - I am a traveler too and know that things come up! If you need to cancel inside of the cancellation window, please just let me know and I will do my best to work with you.
