Family Beach trip

While we enjoyed our stay parking was an issue. We drove three trucks and there was not enough room to park all three at the house. If we wanted to go somewhere together we had to be driven to Capri by the Gulf in order to pick up a vehicle. There were not enough wash rags or dish towels. The ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms did not work and we saw roaches and spiders inside the house.

Great house. Excellent location.

The house was very clean, very well mantain and had everything that we needed to cook and feel very comfortables. Quite neiborhood. EXCELLENT LOCATION.

For a second time


For the second year, we came back to Miramar Beach and the Seaspray house. The house is in a quaint little neighborhood a block off the beach with private access. More than enough room for the five of us plus our two pups. We enjoy the area because its location is close enough to Destin and Seaside without being in it. The broiled oysters at Austin’s, Acme and The Florida Fish House are top notch. Parlor Doughnuts are an absolute MUST and drinks on the beach from the Surf Hut right there at the Seaspray beach access point is great. I’m not making any predictions but we would easily decide to stay there for a third year.

Family Thanksgivings

We met my Dad for a quick Thanksgiving celebration. We needed a good kitchen for all the cooking. We had 4 families between us and it was the perfect size. This pet friendly VRBO was great with the backyard for the pups.

Perfect Spring Break Stay

We just wanted to relax on the beach & enjoy some good food & atmosphere and this was perfect! It accommodated our family so well and we loved the easy beach access. The neighborhood was quiet & private. We loved everything about this place & hope to be back soon!!

Excellent home away from home!

Everything was wonderful here! The house was very pretty, clean, and well stocked. Close to walk to the beach or pool. We had the beautiful pool all to ourselves. No one else ever came. The beach and water, of course, was gorgeous! Our last day, though, we couldn't get in water, due to lots of jelly fish. The only thing people should know, is that we had a couple of guests that had a hard time with all the steps up to the beach gate access. We didn't see any handicap access.

Excellent stay

Great property for a family! A little bit of a walk to the beach but you can drive which is super quick ! The kids biked to the pool not that it’s far ! Bike riding is just fun !!

Fantastic property!

We were looking for a family friendly beach vacation spot and we found it! The home was the perfect size for our family of 6. It was a short walk to beach and anything we needed - food, groceries, drinks - were just minutes away. The pictures don't do it justice, you've got to check this place out. Communication with the owner was quick and they were very accommodating when we arrived about a half hour before check in. Can't wait to go back, we already booked for the fall!

Great location & Friendly neighbors

The home has great location can walk to store, mall, beach shops and restaurants. Beach is a block away makes it quite convenient. The neighbors are very nice. House has all one would need for a pleasant vacation. Overall, beds are comfortable, furniture in living room could use some updating. There are bikes and beach toys in garage (we brought our own items) guess I overlooked that in info. section. Fenced yard with patio, grill and table / chairs. Management was very helpful and Mark, maintenance guy was great. We had a nice/relaxing time. Till next time.

Great location, clean & spacious home

We enjoyed our stay here! Quick and easy walk to the beach, short drive to shopping and other activities. Kids and adults all had a blast! Ice maker was hit & miss so we just bought bags of ice and it was fine. Bbq pit came in handy. Plenty of extra beach supplies available in garage (just don't waste energy hauling the 2 large tents to the beach, they were both broken). Would definitely stay here again!

Very nice place and very convenient.

The house was clean and very close to beach and pool. The only thing noticed was the tub in the 2nd bathroom was slow to drain. It was perfect for our trip and our little dogs. We had a great time. I would definitely rent again. 😊

Our Stay

The house was centrally located. Close to everything. The only issue I had was the gate code to the beach access did not work. The master tub at the time did not work as well. Plumbing issue. There was a total of six of us and it was very comfortable.

Birthday getaway

Property was very comfortable for our party of 5. The house could easily accommodate another 2 - 3 people with the 2 bedrooms with queen beds. House was very clean and we had all the amenities we needed for our 4 night stay. Our small dog enjoyed walking the neighborhood and the occasional trip to the fenced back yard.

Home away from home.

We had lots of room for the six of us and our grandchildren's dog. The fenced in back yard was perfect. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. Nice neighborhood and across the street from the beach. The house was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed.
