Maré 33 sits behind the gates of a small Frangista Beach community with beach access and a shared community pool. You get the convenience of neighborhood amenities while staying in a private home with plenty of room for your group.

Inside, the home is bright, coastal, and designed for families and groups who want to spend time together without sacrificing space. The entry opens into a spacious living room with comfortable seating and a large TV, then flows directly into the kitchen and dining areas.

The kitchen features KitchenAid appliances and a dedicated coffee station with both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig. A Crockpot, toaster oven, cookware, utensils, and tableware make it easy to prepare everything from quick breakfasts to dinners at home.

A second living area gives your group another place to relax, watch TV, play games, or spend time together. A dedicated desk and chair also provide a convenient workspace when needed.

It features a triple twin bunk and a triple full bunk, accommodating up to nine guests, along with its own private bathroom. The game room adds another place to gather, with retro arcade games, a TV, and comfortable seating. Whether you're starting a family tournament or spending an evening at home, there are plenty of ways to enjoy time together beyond the beach and pool.

Outside, the covered patio offers a comfortable place to relax at the end of the day, and a gas grill makes dinner at home easy. Beach supplies are conveniently stored in the garage, and onsite laundry makes it simple to refresh towels and swimsuits throughout your stay.

Families traveling with little ones will also find a Pack 'n Play and high chair conveniently provided onsite.

And then there's the six-seat golf cart. Use it to make beach trips easier, explore the neighborhood, or get your group where you're going without loading everyone into the car. A signed liability waiver is required before the golf cart is released for guest use.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
