The space
At the heart of Aqua Reina is an expansive 20-by-28-foot lagoon-style pool, designed for both relaxation and fun. Surrounded by cushioned loungers, a BBQ grill, and an outdoor refrigerator, it’s the perfect spot to spend sunny afternoons and golden evenings. A six-passenger golf cart is also included, making trips to the beach or nearby shops effortless.

The home comfortably sleeps up to twelve guests across two levels. The first floor features a cozy bunk room, half bath, and open living area with views straight out to the pool. Upstairs, three spacious suites await.

🚭 Smoke-Free Property: No smoking anywhere, including balconies.

PARKING
Aqua Reina provides driveway parking for up to three vehicles. To help keep the community safe and orderly, street parking is not permitted. In accordance with HOA guidelines, trailers, passenger vans, RVs, scooters, boats, and motorcycles are not allowed within the Villas. Guests are kindly asked to follow these rules, as any HOA fines resulting from violations will be the guest’s responsibility. HOA guidelines are posted at the property for your convenience.

POOL HEATING
Pool heating is available for an additional $35 per night and may be added after your reservation is confirmed. The heating fee applies to the entire length of your stay, as the pool requires time to properly heat and maintain a comfortable temperature. For the best experience, we recommend adding pool heat between October and April if you’re planning to enjoy the pool, as temperatures during these months are typically cooler. If outdoor temperatures remain consistently below 50°F during your stay, the pool heating fee may be refunded due to weather conditions.

GOLF CART USAGE
Guests must be 21 or older to drive the golf cart. The golf cart is classified as a low-speed vehicle and is fully registered for road use. A valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance are required to operate it. The driver assumes responsibility for any damages identified during the check-out inspection. Please note that no discounts or refunds are available for guests who choose not to use the golf cart. Agreement will be provided with the rental agreement via a link in your confirmation message shortly after booking is completed or will be available to you during the booking process.

PET POLICY
We are pet-friendly for up to 2 animals with a $200 pet fee per stay. Dogs must be leashed at all times while in the neighborhood. All pet waste must be properly cleaned up prior to departure to avoid an additional $100 fee. Guests are fully responsible for any damage caused by pets, whether inside or outside the home. Pets over 50lbs are not allowed.

RENTAL AGREEMENTS
Guest is required to sign a rental agreement and golf cart waiver. Agreement will be provided to you via a link in your confirmation message shortly after booking is completed.

SECURITY DEPOSIT HOLD
A security deposit hold of $500 will be placed on your credit card 1 day prior to check-in. This will appear as a pending authorization on your card and is not a charge. If there are no damages, the hold will automatically fall off within 5 days after check-out.
