"Bayside Bungalow" is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, single-level, detached home in Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort with everything needed for a great time! Ideal for a large family or two couples, "Bayside Bungalow" sleeps 5 comfortably in proper bedrooms - no sofa sleeper here! Peaceful views are enjoyed from almost every space in the house and guests are able to cart, walk, or bike to EVERYTHING in Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort!

"Bayside Bungalow" is disability and child friendly. It is situated with no steps leading to the front door - there are no steps to be climbed to move about the house, all on one floor (which includes 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms).

There is a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, with a sliding door leading out to the back deck. The master bedroom has a private bathroom with separate ‘his’ and ‘hers’ walk-in closets. The master suite is incredibly spacious with lots of privacy.

A queen bed and twin daybed make up the guest room with a nice walk-in closet and a connected full bathroom. The décor is coastal and fun!

Both bedrooms have lighted ceiling fans. The rooms are light and bright!

The living room has a large sofa and two comfy swivel chairs for kicking back and relaxing in comfort. All rooms have smart TVs - so remember to bring your Netflix/Amazon Prime/streaming credentials with you on your trip.

This privately-owned home has a new kitchen featuring quartz countertops and high-end stainless-steel appliances (Bosch). The kitchen is fully equipped for meals in! A Keurig coffee machine (and a few starter coffee pods) are available as well as a traditional coffee maker.

There is a full-size washer and dryer in the hallway with detergent provided.

Enjoy bug-free time in the sunroom that spans the back of the house. The 4-season room is air-conditioned, has a smart TV, and can be entirely closed off from the rest of the house allowing for two groups to watch TV separately if desired. The 4-season room creates a second living room (or game room) for people to spread out in - there is more than enough room for everyone to settle in at "Bayside Bungalow."

The outdoor space at "Bayside Bungalow" is gorgeous and simply put - it's huge! The yard is fenced in to keep the kids safe and has a large deck that spans the backside of the house. Lush landscaping provides for colorful views!

"Bayside Bungalow" is located within the resort of Sandestin® and is on the bayside nestled amongst golf courses, the conference center, and Baytowne Wharf! The beach is a mere 1.5 miles away (please bring your own beach towels), close enough to cart, walk, or bike over but far enough away to escape the hustle and bustle (and noise) of beach life. Walk out the front door and head in any direction towards fun and entertainment! All of the fun is within 1.5 miles of the front door!

The owners take great pride in providing the types of amenities that they, themselves, look for when traveling with their friends and family. You will find everything you need to cook, relax, and enjoy your vacation, including the brand-new golf cart, a full-sized washer and dryer in the home, beach toys, a pack-n-play, and a booster seat for your use.

* Surveillance Device Disclosure: We have a security doorbell and cameras outside the home that record video and audio of those entering the home from all doors. There are no devices inside of the home.
