This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath, 3 balcony property ON THE WATER AND THEREFORE PRIVATE BEACH includes a beach level TIKI BAR!!!
The space
FUN, BRIGHT, FRESH, ART DECO! The top floor master boasts a private balcony for morning coffee and dolphin watching! This room has a king, as well as a queen and full size washer/dryer- it also has an en-suite bath complete with walk-in shower and two sinks! & of course, a giant smart TV
The street facing bedroom on the top floor is completed with 2 full beds and TV!
The first bedroom on the lower level include 2 queen beds, a large closet & TV.
A jack and Jill bath is off the two lower level bedrooms.
The second bedroom on street level has a kitchenette with full size fridge, 2 TVs, and a private deck. This room has a queen bed in a semi private nook, as well as a twin daybed. Great set up to be close, yet spectate from other guests.
Guest access
The Entire place!! Guests have access to parking, the entire 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, 3 balconies, outdoor shower, both laundry rooms, and the private beach and Gulf of Mexico!
Other things to note
Being a popular waterfront destination, parking is tight at sand dollar- 4 small cars parked between the lines, nose to nose, can work. Or two bigger vehicles side by side. Some stores rent parking spots- ask around!
