Nice Location and Beautiful Accomodations

We really enjoyed staying at this home for a large family holiday trip. Rooms were as advertised and location was so close to the beach. We had a few complications during our 10 day stay but the property management group was attentive and addressed our needs immediately. Would definitely be willing to book this location again.

Family Vacation

Well we really enjoyed where this house is located. Most of our complaint is the cleanliness the house was dirty. When we got there, the kitchen sink backed up. We called maintenance. They were there in the morning. He fix the sink. We asked him to fix the other problems we had such as the door on the third floor, you could not shut it the door because handle was broke. The maintenance man said he needed a different tool and never returned. The wash machine on the second level is broke. The pool was nice. Would stay in the area again but probably not at this house.

Family Vacation

The house was as it was described. It could use a little more pots, pans, and cooking essentials (oven mitts, larger pots and pans) to accommodate an eight-bedroom house with 20+ people, The gameroom downstairs could use a few more games (I'm not sure if there were any - we did bring some of our own). Personally, I probably won't visit Miramar Beach in the summertime again. The private beach was very close (about 2 blocks away). However, the beach and roads were way too crowded. It would take us 20 minutes to get .7 miles. However, that is not the house's fault. I had purchased the VIP entertainment package, but there was not enough room to set any of the games up on the beach. Once again, not the house's fault. The golf cart was definitely a plus. The credit to Vaykgear was very nice. However, once again being the area was so crowded, I think I would have only requested an umbrella, and the bikes. We did use the bikes a lot. They were very useful. We did not use the chairs, cooler, or cart. The management responded very quickly when we had concerns. I much appreciated that being that I was responsible for 20 people (12 were immediate family), and 8 other family members (making up 3 more families. Thank you again for your hospitality.

Great location!

Property is in a great location with plenty of room for everyone! Tons of dining seating, dishes galore, plenty of space for everyone. However, property was not clean at all. The bedding and towels were clean but all counters, tabletops, coffee tables had sticky stuff and cup marks from.previous vacationers. Floors had been swept but within 15 minutes kiddos had black all over the bottom of their feet. Wifi didn't work all week......Pool is amazing, outdoor patio area nice. The owners could do something amazing with their backyard like their neighbors (go up on the 3rd floor back balcony and look to the right). The delivery of the chairs, umbrellas, ice chest, etc was a super bonus. Overall we would stay at the property again but would really like it to he cleaned.

Close this house and deep clean and fix all the issues

This property was dirty and had many issues with holes in the wall, doors that won’t close, won’t lock, grounds need work pool wasn’t heated after paying $575 to have it heated also dirty when we arrived. House needs to be shut down and all the issues dealt with and deep cleaned. Would not stay in this house again.

I would highly recommend for a family get together - The ability to be together or to be a part was a huge plus at this location - The pool was perfect for the six year old because we could see him from the chairs around the patio table - had a great time with my family thank you.

Great place accommodating managers

The place was more than satisfactory overall. Huge space. Some issues with operation of electrical (one bedroom didn’t have power) and washer/dryer didn’t work well. Also, a torrential rain flooded the media room. House needs some tlc to bring it back to prime condition and it clearly sees a lot of activity/use. Overall, however, the huge space allowed a large, extended family a comfortable stay and we will return/recommend to others. Managers were very responsive and accommodating as well. Top notch peole.

Could be a five star property with a few touch ups, but definitely it is a beautiful house with a great location. All the bathrooms and showers are on point. Beds were comfortable! Kids bunk room was perfect. We was a little confused to why they only provided us with one trash bin for 20 people. Nice house though.

Could have been better

This could be a great property if the management company would do an inspection and fix the things wrong with the home. The second floor AC unit didn't work, it took 4 hours to dry a load of clothes, there was no lock on the slider door to the pool area, the toilet paper holder on the ground floor was broken, numerous doors wouldn't close due to property shifting, a kitchen cabinet door had lost a swing hinge, the grill was unusable due to excess food gathering below the grates, and a significant amount of the kitchen utensils were dirty. For a property that had such potential, it was disappointing.

Great Week

Loved this house. Bedrooms and bathrooms were plentiful for our large family. Only downfalls were need new refrigerator in kitchen. It had broken shelves and water ice maker kept leaking. Also sliding door out to pool needs fixed. Entirely too hard to open and close.

College Fraternity Reunion

Our group had a great trip to the Destin area. The house was perfect for our group of 18 old friends. There was plenty of room for sleeping and great large common areas to watch football and baseball together. We spent the evenings soaking in the heated pool and enjoying the great dining establishments that were close to the house. Definitely a 5 star trip!

2020 vacation

The house is set up with everything you could possibly need for a very large group. Had everything you could possibly need in the kitchen and more. All 7 master bedrooms are large with comfortable mattresses and very nice walk in showers. We did have plenty of extra pillows but no extra pillowcase or blankets but that could be due to Covid and cleaning. Vacuum was full and no extra bags noted in the house. I would suggest a broom and dust put to sweep the sand up from the beach but that’s my only suggestion. Rent the house you will love how close it is to the beach and the 4 free beach chairs.

Beautiful home in Miramar Beach

This property is the perfect setup for a family reunion on the beach! Having a bathroom in every bedroom was great. We have been to similar homes that did not have enough chairs in the dining area, but this house had two large tables with chairs for 18! The kitchen was well appointed and had several sets of dishes, glasses, silverware, etc. It has a nice, small pool, just the right size for little ones, and the gorgeous beaches are just a short walk away. We strongly recommend this property for large groups!

Spacious and comfortable

Fast service, any issues were fixed fast, however not handicap friendly

First of all my family had a great stay here. The house was very nice and the kids loved the pool and the barbecue worked wonderful. The minor issues we did have were taken for in less than 15 minutes by the wonderful staff you have there. The one complaint I have is kinda huge and the only reason we will not use your house again. You advertise as being handicap accessible and you have a step at every entrance. You do have a bedroom on the bottom floor, but no place for a handicap person to shower as there is no bench and the shower is raised making it impossible to get a wheel chair in it. You need to take the handicap symbol off your website, because it is not. Besides that we had a wonderful time and again the service was amazing.
