Kom och njut av skönheten i sockervita sand och smaragdgrönt havsvatten! Det är roligt att slash i surfen och leka med barnen! Gör dig redo, här kommer vågan! Fånga vågens krull när ditt boogiebräda bär dig till stranden! Tiden att slappna av under ditt paraply, äta ett mellanmål och njut av en drink, bara låt livet gå på en solskenad dag med blå himmel och puffiga vita moln! Paradis! Maravilla Resort erbjuder två och en halv hektar av privat strand, två pooler (en uppvärmd), spa, klubbhus med gym, tennisbanor, utomhusgrill och shuffleboard.

MARA LEE-hemmet i Maravilla Resort har fyra sovrum, två badrum och rymmer tio gäster. Dess smakfulla anpassade tropiska inredning, uteplats med gasgrill, höghastighets trådlöst internet, hög effektivitet tvättmaskin och torktumlare, och vänlig service ger gästerna perfekt boende till rimliga priser!

Tyvärr finns ingen rökning, husdjur eller semestrande studenter. Tack!

UTHYRNING POLITIK: Vi är familj orienterade och kommer inte att hyra ut till semestrande studenter eller unga vuxna under 25 år. En reservation / deposition på $ 350 krävs och betalas vid en bokning. Prisen inkluderar inte $ 200 slutstädning avgift, $ 60 behandlingsavgift och 11. 5% FL skatt. Ingen återbetalning av hyra på grund av sen ankomst eller tidig avresa. Bokning / deposition kommer att återbetalas via check inom 14 dagar efter avresa förutsatt att det finns ingen rökning, inga husdjur, inga skador eller ingen stöld och all politik och villkor följs.
Advance Hyresbetalningspolicy:
En förskottsbetalning på 50% av hyreskostnaden krävs vid bokning av ett kreditkort. Saldot på din hyreskonto faktureras i sin helhet 30 dagar före ankomst. För månatliga hyror betalas faktura betalningar 120 dagar före ankomst.

Perfect

The house was perfect for our family vacation. We like to cook a couple of nights, and the kitchen had everything we needed to do that. We loved having the full size washer and dryer. We will definitely consider this house for future family vacations.From the time the house was booked, until after we checked out, the communication with the owner was excellent.

Great family vacation

The house was spacious and clean. There was adequate dishes and cookware. Beds could have been more comfortable. Long walk to the beach but not unbearable. For the cost of cleaning fees it could have been cleaner( candy found under and behind couch on arrival). My only real complaint would be that we couldn’t really go out and enjoy the back patio due to the remodeling going on next door, too loud and no privacy. Altogether though it was super nice and we all enjoyed our trip.

Great beach house!!

The house was very nice & clean. It was exactly what was advertised. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Mara Lee house in Destin. Mara Lee & Larry were so great with the communication about the property & recommendations for the Destin area. I highly recommend this property!

We had a wonderful time in MaraLee’s property! Beautiful and comfortable house, great community and location! Pool area is very nice and the beach is great! Communication with the owners was also great! We really enjoyed our stay! I would recommend it for sure!

Great getaway

We love the destin area and even though July is crazy busy the gated community and private beach made it a great experience. We like having a kitchen since the restaurants get really busy. No issues with the place. It was great and there are tvs in every room. I recommend renting a boat and going to crab Island or the beaches in the bay.

Family Gathering at the Mara Lee Home

Larry and Mara Lee were the perfect hosts for our family gathering! They provided a whole folder full of things to do while we were in the area, and there was something for everyone for our extended family of 7. Our favorite times were at the pool and private beach, which were within walking distance. We used their wagon for the grand kids, and we also had the option to park closer to the beach in the resort parking lot when we went at sunset. Their home was equipped with everything we needed to grill our freshly caught fish, and there were many fishing charters to choose from! We took a day to explore Grayton Beach State Park and HWY 30A, and the grandkids, ages 3 and 5, loved our Buccaneer Pirate Ship cruise, located at Destin Harbor, which we did in the evening to enjoy the sunset. The floor plan of the house was perfect for all of our needs! Mara Lee and Larry had great ideas and were readily available, and we felt very blessed to share this family time in their beautiful and very well-kept home!

Perfect for our family vacation.

The house was just a pictured. Very clean, well maintained and equipped with everything you could need. It was perfect for our family of 6, including 3 adult children and a teenager. The beach was a short easy walk, a pool and pickle ball/tennis courts even closer. Communication with the owner and property manager was excellent. After booking, we received an very organized folder of information that covered everything including local restaurants and attractions. If we return to Destin we would definitely book this property again. Highly recommend!

Absolutely perfect!

My family stayed at this beautifully decorated home for our first visit to Destin. The home is very comfortable and inviting. A short walk to the beach where our complimentary chairs and umbrella was waiting for us daily. We definitely plan on staying here repeatedly. The owner was very pleasant to deal with as well! Wonderful, fun, and restful stay

We had a great time! Mara Lee S. was a lovely hostess and provided great information about the house, amenities, and things to see and do. Beach was beautiful and the location was perfect. Beautiful beach. House was roomy and spacious for all of us and the kitchen was well stocked with cookware, utensils and cutlery. We loved having the master on one side and all the kids on the other side of the house. Washer and dryer were great! We loved our time in Miramar. Thank you!

Best trip in a long time

Mara Lee's property was superb!! She made me feel right at home. The home was a perfect size for my family and friends, we really enjoyed it. The beach was a good proximity to the home maybe not in walking distance IF you have mobility problems but it is doable for younger people in the heat. I will definitely refer my friends and family to stay there and I will definitely be back. Thank you

Great vacation!

Miramar Beach/Destin is our favorite vacation spot. This is our second time staying in Maravilla, but our first time renting a house. Communication between Mara was excellent. Her and her husband were so kind and helpful. Chuck met us at the house to give us access and keys to the house. Mara Lee's house was wonderful, and was perfect for our party of 8...4 adults and 4 kids. Kids ages ranged from 9-17. Everyone was very comfortable in their own spaces. We only used the front pool, which was wonderful. My 9 year old loves it. We were so sad when we had to leave, but cannot wait to return next summer!

Great family home!

This is our 2nd time I’m Destin and fell in love all over again. This year it was a larger group of us ranging from 8 years old to teenagers and a few adults. Mara Lee was a great host! She was very prompt at answering any questions I had and gave us a ton of ideas on restaurants, activities, etc. Last time we went to different beaches, but this time we stayed at the one for the resort. It’s a very short walk and the free umbrella and chairs is a definite plus!! I recommend this place again and will stay again when we come back.
