Our community offers 150 feet of gated private beach, avoid the crowds and enjoy! Running, walking and biking paths are in abundance, so if you want to go 1 mile or 5 miles, you can choose your route. Take a stroll to the local coffee shop in the morning to grab a latte or a cup of joe. We are within walking distance of many favorite restaurants such as Pompano Joe’s, Kenny D’s, Captain Dave’s and Crab Trap. In the mood for a mid-day or dinner treat? A sleeper sofa is provided for 2 additional guest along with a newly renovated full bath. Our gourmet kitchen is stocked with all the dinnerware, stemware, and cookware that will delight your family with a delicious meal. The stylish dining area seats 6 with additional bar seating for 3. There are also USB charging ports at the bar for your convenience.

Master bedroom 1 is comfortable, spacious, and opens to an outdoor balcony to enjoy your favorite book or just take in the nature. It features a king bed with custom linens, USB ports on each nightstand, a flatscreen 50” HDTV with streaming, and a fully renovated private master bathroom with custom built-in storage cabinets.

Master bedroom 2 is designed in relaxing colors and opens to an outdoor balcony. It offers a queen bed with USB ports on each nightstand and two memory foam twin size built in bunkbeds sure to be comfy for the kids-tastefully decorated with coastal lighting. Provided is a 40” flatscreen streaming enabled HDTV with a fully renovated private second master bathroom with custom built in storage cabinets.

For your convenience, there is a laundry room with full-size washer and dryer in the unit, and complementary Wi-Fi is provided.
Gulf Winds East offers a large gated seasonally heated pool for your enjoyment! For a relaxing afternoon, enjoy some quiet time on one of the two balconies or two patios. Breathe in the salty air or grill your favorite catch on one of the outdoor community charcoal grills. Our townhome is the perfect beach vacation spot-ideally located close to all of the local restaurants and shopping in Miramar Beach, yet quiet and peaceful with no large high-rises nearby. You can relax in this family-oriented townhome with everything you need for the ultimate beach vacation!

Please note we do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. We require there be one adult over 25 years old staying in the home for every two people under 25. We only take family vacations. No exceptions!

This townhome is non-smoking and no pets are allowed.

Note: Your safety matters! We offer contactless check-in for your safety! This property also features two exterior security cameras, located at the front and back door, all facing out. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces.

Cancellation: Reservations booked through VRBO-Homeaway that are canceled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund.

Reservations canceled 14 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund.

Reservations canceled less than 14 days prior to arrival will receive no refund.
