Walk through the pergola and past the palms into the beach front home Cape Monaco, where you enter a great room in the "Beachy Elegant" and palm trees meet European/American traditional furniture and a scattering of oriental rugs over variegated tile floors. It's a marvelous mélange of styles. Sink into a comfy chair or one of three generous sofas. You may choose from a selection of movies after a great beach day or pick a family show on the large flatscreen TV.

The kitchen is roomy, with quartz countertops and its own table, and is well equipped for family dinners. Another more formal dining area lets you gaze at the beachfront views. A hall bath serves the great room and a king bedroom. Another room with a queen bunk and a twin bunk bed has a flatscreen TV and a shared bath with a tub-shower combination. The wide deck off the living room gives you a Gulf view from Seagrove Beach to downtown Destin. Stretch out on the cushioned chaise lounges.

The split-level top floor holds the large king primary suite; across the hall the fourth bedroom has two queens and one twin, with a private bath. All the bedrooms have flatscreen TVs for evening entertainment. Give those movies a good workout!

Just a few feet away is The Whale's Tail, where you can have a casual beachfront meal, then join a pick-up volleyball game. Across the street from Cape Monaco you can rent a scooter—pop over to Pascalli Kitchen for breakfast or the best Pizza in Miramar Beach.

First Floor: Covered Patio with Seating, Swing, Dining Tables, Additional Refrigerator, Outdoor Shower, and Private Beach Access.

Second Floor: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Balcony Access, Kitchen, Dining, King Bedroom, Hall Bath with Walk-In Shower, Bunk Room with Double Full Bunk and Double Twin Bunk + Bathroom with Tub/Shower Combo, Laundry, Gas Grill

Third Floor: King Primary Bedroom with Walk-In Shower, Double Vanity, and Balcony Access, Fourth Bedroom with Two Queen Beds and One Twin Bed + Bath with Walk-In Shower.

For Seasonal 2026 reservations, Cape Monaco comes with three sets of beach service (6) beach chairs and (3) umbrellas, set up for you daily. This complimentary beach service is provided from March 1st through November 30th.
