Parking: Three parking are available: One garage parking, One parking available in the house driveway, one across the house sideways and rest at the complex entrance based on availability.

We have a nice back yard. If you like to cook outside there is a private BBQ Grill ( propane gas) for you.

The property is located within a quiet community in a cul-de-sac street with a shared pool.

You'll have public beach access within a short five-minute walk. You can use free of charge four chairs, an umbrella and a beach wagon.

Pets are welcome(with a pet fee), 2 maximum. Please let me know if you bring pets.
