Det finns två stora mastersviter i detta fantastiska hem, en är på övervåningen och en är nere. Den nedre mästaren har en king size-säng och en drottning bäddsoffa. Det har också en TV och DVD-spelare samt ett stort masterbadkar med dubbla fåfängligheter och en badkar.

Det andra sovrummet har en king size-säng plus eget badrum. Det kommer också med en TV och DVD-spelare. På övervåningen kommer du att älska det tredje sovrummet som också är 2: e mästaren svit. Det har en king size-säng, en drottning bäddsoffa, ett spelbord och vardagsrum plus ett badrum! Det har också sin egen TV och DVD-spelare

Dessutom har övervåningen en bonus våningssäng rum med 2 extra långa inbyggda våningssängar, utrustade med en TV med en DVD-spelare. I vardagsrummet finns också en drottning bäddsoffa, en platt-TV och ett annat stort bord för familjespel eller pizza medan du tittar på TV.

Hemmet ligger bara en kort promenad från gemenskapens pool och har en rymlig uteplats med en ny grill, bord och stolar och bekväma solstolar. Allt detta plus ett fullt utrustat kök och du kommer att ha en semester du kommer att vilja komma ihåg i många år framöver !.

Golf Trip

House was perfect for our golf trip. The house is big enough to handle large groups and still give everyone plenty of space where no one feels crowded. Location is perfect. Easy to get to and close to multiple courses

Maintenance of yard

We had a party of 15. The house was perfect for what we needed. We had plenty of room. Only complaint we had is the maintenance of the yard was terrible. The grass had not been mowed and the weeds were out of control…..was snakey. With a house that beautiful, I would have thought the yard would have been upkept better than it was.

Big house-close to everything

The house was big and comfortably fit our group of 19 people with plenty of beds. The golf carts were super convenient, and the location is right next to pools, restaurants, beaches and a supermarket that can all be accessed by golf cart. The only downsides were that there were only 2 actual bedrooms and you had to walk through one to get to the other (or access it through a separate outside door) and the back patio wasn’t clean. Plenty of towels for use in the home, but be sure to bring your own beach towels and chairs. Hosts were great to work with.

Could be a nice place...

We had a family of 8 at this rental. Although we enjoyed our time in Florida I have listed below pros and cons for this property. Pros: - Plenty of space - Good size rooms with plenty of sitting areas - Kitchen was adequate - 2 golf carts came with the rental, this was a pleasant surprise as when we made the arrangements it only came with 1. - Other reviews mention this and it is true, the lay-out of the house is weird but we made it work however I would not recommend it for anyone with a handicap. - You cannot walk to the beach but you can take the golf carts through a tunnel (to avoid the 4-lane highway) to get to the beach. Just be ready for an EXTREMELY crowded beach. - The rental unit is in a nice area and we felt safe. - The bay area and shops are easy to get to on the golf carts. There are several nice restaurants, shops and fun things for everyone to do. Cons: - On the surface everything appeared clean but when you look underneath the sofas, chairs and beds there was a lot of dirt, dust and crumbs. We then pulled a cushion off the sofa…there were crumbs and food wrappers under every cushion. - The main hallway (off the kitchen) had something smeared on the wall in several spots, we assume it was ketchup? - Sofa pillows did not appear extra clean and one in particular (in the first sitting area to the right of the entrance) had a pillow badly stained with what looked like mustard and maybe tea/soda. - Patio chairs – the metal on the back leg of one chair was broken and another chair had a rip in the seat so both were unusable. - The off-white golf cart did not have tail lights and the back seat was held on with 1 bolt. When we went anywhere we had to make sure the 2nd cart followed the off-white cart so no one rear end it. We checked in on a Sunday afternoon and called about the above issues first thing Monday morning. I spoke with “Hans”, he listened to my issues and offered to send out a cleaning crew but never offered to fix the golf cart. He said “Mam, you have to understand this is a rental unit” he also said “we steam clean all the pillows after each rental”. My response to him was that I did understand this was a rental unit but I was confident they paid their cleaning staff very well to come in to clean these rentals and in my opinion the cleaning staff was not doing their job. This could be a nice place but it definitely needs a lot of TLC inside and out.

Cleanliness of House/Communication

The website stated to contact hostess for any questions. Contacted the hostess several days prior to trip to see about checking in early and there was no reply. Finally in the day we were supposed to check in they called us that morning to state that the possibility of checking in was slim due to them having to cleaning the house. The cleanliness of the house was knot what I expected. The furniture was stained, it had a weird smell, the sheets in one of the bedrooms had feces stains on all theee blankets. It boasts a brand new grill but the grill that was on the porch was completely unusable. The management at platinum did replace the grill for us promptly. The communication with platinum once I arrived to the estate was great. I will be sending them an email as well about the condition of the house. The pictures on line looked better. It boast several sleeping areas but the upstairs sleeper bed was barely usable it. The carpets need a deep cleaning as do the furniture. Overall cleanliness of the home could be better. It boast a game room but there were no games to be played. The advertisement is slightly misleading. The area and location was great.

Great location for large family

I didn’t realize it was upstairs, but mainly it’s just an oversized 3 bedroom with extra rooms. 2 bedrooms downstairs and a big bedroom up stairs and then all the little couches around the house fold out for extra bedding. No condiments as far as salt pepper coffee filters trash bags dishwasher detergent was not on sight but we just went to the store and got what all we needed. The location was fantastic for beach access and Baytown wharf. Note that if you want to rent an extra golf cart it isn’t allowed in this area. Made it where we had to drive our cars more than I had planned. Was thinking we could just do two golf carts and manage but that isn’t allowed there. Overall it was a great stay and plenty room but just know there are only 3 bedrooms really.

Family vacation

Easy check in and great location. Golf cart was nice to have to get around the resort (not the newest cart but it works). Home has plenty of space though the layout is weird. No bedroom is completely private. The two upstairs share a bathroom. The two downstairs share a bathroom and you have to enter one room to get to the other. Floors could use a deep clean and carpets upstairs need to be replaced. Sheets on the bunk beds had not been changed but there were clean sheets available in the home. Kitchen has pots pans and utensils but make sure you have seasonings oil cooking spray etc. and bring extra trash bags. Enjoyed our stay but home needs updating and a deep clean.

Great getaway for a large family or a large group of friends!

The property/house looked exactly like the pictures posted on line when I booked the house. The bedrooms, dining room/kitchen, and living rooms are very spacious. We had a group of 15 and we all had out own space and never felt crowded. We loved that we had the option to go to three different pools on the resort, especially, the pool/Beach House that sits on the beach. We give the locations of the house 5 stars! The Village/Baytowne Wharf that is located on the resort was our absolute favorite! It's located on the resort so we didn't have to get out and sit in the traffic to go out to dinner or to go do something fun with the kids. The only thing we would have liked to change was the size of our golf cart. The house provided a 4 seater golf cart for a house that can sleep up to 15/16 people. It would've been much more convenient if the golf cart that came with the house was a 6 seater and/or provided us with shuttle passes. The majority of our party flew down Destin, so we only had one car, that seated 5 and the golf cart, that seated 4. We were told that we did not receive shuttle passes because we had a gold cart. Unfortunately, we had to do a lot of driving back and forth to shuttle all of us to where we wanted to go on the resort. BUT besides the gold cart only seating 4 and us not being provided shuttle passes, we were very please with the condition and comfort of the home.

Family vacation at the beach

The neighborhood was fantastic and there was a ton to do that could easily be accessed by the golf cart. The rental company was very responsive and friendly. However, the house does need some work. We woke up the first morning and realized the coffee pot was broken, we ended up going and buying one since we’re the type of family that cannot survive without it. Then once we were able to make coffee we started grabbing coffee cups and half of them we’re dirty and not just a little dirty but like dried coffee still in there, it was really gross! We also realized the first night that all the kids feet were turning black at the bottom, we realized it was the floors in the house, they need a deep clean. We also had an issue with a tub/shower not draining and had to call the rental company, they sent someone over and fixed it so that was almost a non issue. The layout was also a bit strange, the front living room only has a couch to sleep on while the main living room has the pull out and day bed, it would have made more sense to switch the two. One bedroom can only be accessed by going through another bedroom or a second front door. Overall, it worked and the location is great, but the place definitely needs a deep clean.

A little slice of heaven

This was our first visit to San Destin. What a beautiful area. Perfect size home for our group. The house is very big and there was plenty of room for our group of 8. This home had everything we needed to cook meals and was conveniently located near the local attractions. The management company was very accommodating and quickly answered any questions we had before and during our stay. Thanks to Platinum Vacations of Destin for taking care of us. Thank you to the owners for opening up your home to us. We had a great time and will be back. We will definitely look for this house again.

Nice, Spacious House

I took a group of 13 senior high students to this location for a senior trip. The boys were able to sleep upstairs, and the girls were able to stay downstairs. There was plenty of space. The resort community is nice and close to the beach. One recommendation is for the golf cart to be upgraded. The lights didn't work, so it couldn't be driven at night, and the battery only provided enough juice to go a limited distance.

We had a wonderful family vacation in this home. We all absolutely loved the resort and then convenience of everything being right there! We got to avoid traffic to grocery shop and go out to eat. We will definitely be staying here again.

Awesome Place to stay

Overall it was a good experience but a few things to call out. All mattresses at sofa beds needs to be replaced. Actually one sofa bed (upstairs) is completely broken which causes that I have to put a few members of my family to sleep on the carpet because of the inconvenience as well as mattresses with hard spring coming out. Property was clean but could be better. I found a t-shirt behind the master bed which means was there and nobody clean that part of the room. Other than that I can say is a good property a little dated but nothing you could not deal with.

Communication with property management was appalling.

Took us 3 days out of 5 days stay to get someone out there took at AC downstairs. Management didn’t even offer to send fans or anything. We had to keep contacting them to get updates on what was going on. Needless to say high 80 degree weather outside make for 80/90 degrees inside a house with no working AC and with 8 children all under 12 it didn’t make for a fun vacation. We enjoyed the resort. Loved the large dining table. Layout and design could defiantly use some updating (one bathroom didn’t even have a shower, just tub, toilet & sink) not very functional. We will be back to Sandestin but not this property.
