Frangista Beach and Miramar Beach- beach private pool pet friendly

Laissez Les Bon Temps Rouler (Let the good times roll!) Let's Geaux Sea is a beautiful 5 bedroom beach house with a private pool located in the quaint neighborhood of Villas of Frangista Beach. This gated community boasts cobbled streets and is within minutes to the beach, Silver Sands Premium outlets, Pompano Joe's Seafood House, Whales' Tail Restaurant, The Beach Bar and more. The owners have also included a golf cart for your traveling needs. This lovely beach home has three full floors to sleep up to 20 people, with a bathroom in every bedroom.
The first floor has a large open concept living, dining and kitchen area. There is a also a huge refrigerator and ice maker. The island seats 6 for easy meals with children. There is also the dining room with a table for 8. The living room hosts a large sectional and additional seating. Also located on the first floor is a king bedroom with an attached full bathroom. This room is ideal for older folks who do not want to use the stairs.
The second floor houses 3 bedrooms and a laundry room. The first bedroom has a queen bed, an en suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has a queen loft bed with a second queen bed underneath and its own bathroom with a shower. The huge master bedroom hosts a king bed with a twin sleeper loveseat sofa. The master bath has a deep soaking tub and separate shower. There is also a water closet and double vanity.
The third floor features 4 queen beds that are bunks and a twin sleeper loveseat with a half bath. This bunkroom is a perfect space for the kids to have their own space.
The back yard is an ideal spot for a family get together. A private pool and spa that will be complete by spring 2023. There is also a large area with a grill for more outdoor living space.
Lets Geaux Sea is a perfect spot for a quiet relaxing beach vacation close to all the amenities Scenic 98 has to offer!!!

Fun time for all of our family

We had a great time. The house was a perfect size for our family. We loved the pool and hot tub. Having the golf cart made going to the beach so easy. Without the golf cart getting to the beach would have been hard. There were 17 of us. Ages 69-4 years old.

Amazing Beach Getaway

We had the absolute best time this July 4th week! The house was perfect! The common areas were very spacious and had plenty of room for our group to all be in there at once. Plenty of room in the kitchen for multiple people to be cooking. And we loved that there were two refrigerators. Lots of sleeping space as well. The pool was the biggest hit and the kids had so much fun being in the back yard and playing. Loved the golf cart and it made it easier to get to the beach and to local shopping and ice cream shops. The gated community was very nice and clean and made us feel safe to keep everything outside that we needed for the beach. We will definitely be coming back!

Summer Vacation with the Extended Family

We love Destin, and now we've found our favorite house to stay in within Destin area. We were blown away by the pool and backyard. The house was very well located close to the public beaches and had a golf cart included so beach time and local shopping was a breeze. Having a pool and outdoor space to relax after a hot day on the beach was the most enjoyable aspect of the house. That isn't to say the inside was anything short of wonderful. The bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen large and useful and the living room spacious. Absolutely wonderful location.

5 Star Stay!!!

This home is one of the best places I have stayed in Frangista Beach. Neighborhood is quiet and so close to shopping, restaurants, and the beach! The backyard with pool and hot tub was perfect! We will definitely come back!

Lets Geaux Sea is a great home!!

I can not tell you how happy and excited I am to tell everyone about his home. My family needed a place to stay for a couple of days and the owner and property manager for so accommodating for us. The backyard, pool, hot tub and golf cart all added amenities that gave this stay a five star rating. We were close to beach, shopping, food and entertainment. Loved the first floor king bedroom and kitchen had everything we needed to stay in and cook too. We will be coming back.

Everything We Hoped For

The house is beautiful and well stocked. The neighborhood was guiet, but, conveniently located. Even when the weather wasn't, the private pool and hot tub were perfect! Having bathrooms in every bedroom is a game changer! There were 17 in our group, so private bathrooms were appreciated. All of us enjoyed the golf cart, too. The backyard is fenced in, so our kids and fur babies were safe to play. We all loved this house! I had so many questions and concerns. Sherry (host) was exceptional! Thank you for this vacation being everything we hoped for!

Phenomenal....

Sherry, the property manager, is very responsive and attentive to questions!! The check in process/gate access and instructions were on point. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood close to the beach, just a short golf cart ride away. The home is just as described, very cozy and comfortable for our family of 9. There are many amenities such as a large kitchen with accessories, a comfortable living room, and a large dinning room table. The beds and Linens were SO COMFORTABLE!!! The back yard and pool made our trip even better!!! We all gathered in the pool/spa every night to enjoy our reconnection. We played games in the pool. The pool is acceptable for young children as well. There is a buzzer on the door to the pool to notify you if young children get into the pool. area. We DEFINITELY recommend Let's Geaux Sea !!! You can't go wrong!😊
