The home comfortably sleeps 12 across three levels, offering privacy and space for everyone:
• Level 1: King Bedroom with a full bathroom (sleeps 2), a cozy sofa bed alcove (sleeps 2), Laundry Room, and a large rear patio with a propane grill.
• Level 2: King Bedroom with a full bathroom (sleeps 2), the main living room, a half bath, the fully equipped kitchen, and two covered balconies.
• Level 3: King Bedroom with a full bathroom (sleeps 2) and a bunk room with two sets of twin bunks and its own bathroom (sleeps 4).

Pool is heated from Nov - March. To ensure a comfortable and luxurious stay, we provide the following:

• Luxury Linens: High thread count, hypoallergenic linens for all beds.
• Beach Gear: For a great day at the beach, we provide beach towels, an umbrella, chairs, toys, a volleyball, a football, and a frisbee.
• Pool Heating: Please be aware that the private pool is heated seasonally from November through March.
