    Denna charmiga enhet har en rymlig öppen planlösning med två sovrum och två och en halv badrum .. Det fullt utrustade köket med tvättmaskin och torktumlare öppnar till det stora vardagsrummet och matplatsen. Matbordet sitter 6 och frukostbaren sitter 3. Vardagsrummet vetter mot fler fönster och har en plattskärms-Smart TV med Free Netflix, så det finns gott om plats för hela familjen att curla upp och titta på filmer eller njuta av landskapet, vardagsrummet har även en drottning bäddsoffa.

    Den öppna trappan leder till den stora Master Suite, komplett med en king size-säng, eget badrum med eget badrum, plattskärms-TV och mer utsikt över dessa kustlandskap. Det extra sovrummet på övervåningen har två queen size-sängar, en stor garderob, det egna privat badrum och naturligtvis en platt-tv.

    Detta hem ligger i det lugna, avkopplande Fairways-samhället vid vattnet i Sandestin och har en sann stadsdel känsla. Sandestin Owners Club erbjuder en av många pooler bara nerför gatan och en uppvärmd pool för att använda närmare Baytowne. Ta en promenad, cykla eller jogga runt sjöarna och viken, och kom ihåg att det finns en tunnel under Highway 98 som tar dig direkt till stranden.

This is our second time that my family and I have stayed here. We always enjoy the stay here. Clean rooms, kitchen had everything we needed. It was excellent and we will be returning back! We had access to the beach, pool, and Baytown Wharf.

Property was beautiful and had everything we needed for a week's vacation. Golf cart was perfect for beach days and trips to Publix. View off deck was ideal and we used it daily for our morning coffee and dinners in the evening. Bed was very comfortable and the fans were a nice bonus as I need that for a good nights sleep. We will definitely be back.

The view was spectacular as you can see the golfers and the bay from your back porch. The ac was cold …no problems with any basic needs. The unit was stocked with fresh soft white towels and great smelling soaps at all sinks. The rooms were just right for a beach getaway with minimal space and efficiency to find everything. Loved the golf cart for the trips to the community pools. They have a lot to offer for the family without ever leaving the resort. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend for any family looking for a place to make great memories.

Great place for a family with two kids, and a dog. This property is in a very quiet neighborhood of Sandestin. No complaints from us at all. Having the golf cart was very handy for us to get to the beach, pool, and Baytowne every day. Thank you for hosting us!

This property was the best! We had a party of 7 and it was enough space for everyone. We’re not golfers but it was impressive to watch the golfers every morning during coffee. We are planning another beach trip here next year, thanks for an incredible stay! We would stay here again

Sandestin vacation

The condo was very comfortable and clean.It was a great location, great amenities. Will definitely be returning. Enjoyed the wildlife vuews from the deck.

Sandestin

Send Dustin is very well maintained with beautiful gardens and trees. This condo is located near a brand new swimming pool, which is wonderful. Getting to everything important with the golf cart is an advantage of this place.

Nice stay

The property was clean and spacious. It could use a few cosmetic updates, but it was still nice. We were disappointed with the state of the beach chairs, and rented some through the resort instead. The golf cart was nice to have for driving to the beach and around the resort. Overall, very enjoyable!

Very good location

Great location and overall nice unit but I would recommend updating. My only complaint is the gulf cart is pretty worn out and need some talc. It lacks power and hard to steer, we got worried if it would make it back and forth from the clubhouse beach area. It made it but highly recommend checking the batteries and cables for strength and corrosion. I’ve got experience with that so I know what I’m talking about. I would recommend and stay there again!!!

The lack of compassion is crazy. My mom went into the hospital and passed away while we were there. So, we had to leave 3 days early. They didn’t refund any of the days. The place itself was a little below average. A little smaller than what I was expecting. The bathrooms had mold on the ceiling and are old. The kitchen smelled like pee. The most disappointing thing was the lack of compassion.

Very clean and well stocked but a few drawbacks

The unit was very clean and the kitchen while stocked. Location is beautiful. A few drawbacks that should be pointed out are number one some bugs in the kitchen. There was an ant trap on the counter when we arrived and within a day, we saw many tiny, tiny ants on the counter. Number two The upstairs plumbing. The shower does not drain properly nor do the sinks. Last, we went to use the grill and had to spend 30 minutes, cleaning it because it had not been cleaned in quite some time. Overall, it was a nice place to stay with the few drawbacks mentioned above.
