1st Floor:

Kitchen: This incredibly spacious kitchen extends into the dining room and has everything you need to entertain your group with modern high-end appliances. It includes an extra-large refrigerator, 2 prep sinks, double drawer dishwasher, a Fisher and Paykel 5-burner gas range with griddle extension, 2 ovens, a separate ice maker, and all the cookware and utensils you will need. The beautiful, oversized island has seating for 6.

Dining Room: The spacious dining room is on the left when you walk through the front door. The sizeable, elegant dining table seats 12 people.

Living Room: The main living area is on the right when you walk inside and has includes 2 full-sized sofas, an L-shaped sectional, and a mounted flat-screen TV.

Bedroom + Bathroom #1: This bedroom is located off the living room and has a king-sized bed, 2 nightstands, and a flat-screen TV. It has a private bathroom that is quite large and stunning. It includes a double sink vanity, a stand-up shower with a rain head faucet, and a stand-alone bathtub.

Laundry: The laundry is on the first floor, near the back door. It includes a full-sized washer and dryer.

Half Bathroom #7: This beautiful and stylish half bath is located off the living room.

Bathroom #8: On the outdoor covered patio is a full bathroom with a stand-up shower, perfect for rinsing off after the beach!

Back Patio/Outdoor Living Space: When you are not at the beach, you will most likely be in the backyard around or in the oversized 18 x 35-foot pool featuring a built-in overflow spa and swim-up tanning ledge. There’s seating for 8 to cook meals in the summer kitchen with a commercial ice maker, grill, and mini fridge. Abundant sunlight streams down all afternoon with the southwest exposure. Bedroom + Bathroom #2: This bedroom is past the living space and to the right. It includes a king-sized bed, 2 nightstands, and a flat-screen TV. It also has a private bathroom with a double sink and stand-up shower.

Bedroom + Bathroom #3: Walk through the living space to get to Bedroom #3. It includes a king-sized bed, 2 nightstands, and a flat-screen TV. It also has a private bathroom with a single sink vanity and stand-up shower.

Bedroom + Bathroom #4: This bedroom is through the living space and to the far right. It includes a king-sized bed, 2 nightstands, and a flat-screen TV. It also has a private bathroom with a double sink and stand-up shower. This bedroom also has access to the large balcony.

Bedroom #5: This bedroom is near Bedroom #2, through the living space. It includes a custom-built queen/queen bunk bed. There are also 2 flat-screen TVs, mounted inside each bunk.

Balcony: Located off the living space is a very large balcony that runs the length of the back of the home, overlooking the backyard oasis.

3rd Floor:

Bonus Bunk Loft: At the top of the stairs, the bunk loft space features a custom-built full/full bunk bed and 2 flat-screen TVs, mounted inside each bunk. This space also includes a convenient beverage station with a mini fridge.

Bedroom #6 + Bathroom #5: This bedroom is past the bunk space and down the hall. It includes a king-sized bed, 2 nightstands, and a flat-screen TV. It also has a private bathroom with a single sink vanity and stand-up shower.

Bedroom #7 + Bathroom #6: Right next to bedroom #7, this bedroom includes a king-sized bed, 2 nightstands, and a flat-screen TV. It also has a private bathroom with a single sink vanity and stand-up shower.

House Rules:
-This is a NON-smoking property.

Student Booking Policies:
-College student groups must all inquire and get approval before booking. Rates for student groups are subject to change; the price will be determined upon inquiry.
-If a college student group is accepted, they will be subject to a $100.00 fully refundable damage deposit per person.
-Golf carts are not included for groups under the age of 25 or college student groups.

Pets:
-This home is pet-friendly, up to 30lb in size, but all pets must be approved and are subject to a pet fee upon approval. Please request approval before booking.

Parking:
-All cars must be in the driveway. 5 cars maximum. No Trailers, RVs, Scooters, Boats, or Motorcycles are permitted per HOA rules.
