Detta vackra hem utformades med stora familjer i åtanke. Den har ett stort kök / matplats och var specialbyggd med två ugnar, två kylskåp, två diskmaskiner, två master sviter och två tvättstugor! First trip to Miramar beach

We had a total of 12 people (10 adults & 2 kids). Location was great. Access to the beach, just a very short walk. Elevator was great for older adults that have problems with steps. We liked it and we will come back.

Location and check in great. Housekeeping was still cleaning when we got there which delayed us an hour. Also they didn’t touch pool area. Bring all paper goods, trash bags and cleaning supplies if you’re going to be there more than 2 days

Wonderful Property!

This house is absolutely incredible. Most rooms have king size beds, and it made every room feel like you were at a nice hotel. If I had any negative at all, it would simply be that the kitchen isn’t well stocked with dishes but we made it work! We will be booking this property again, and it’s a 10/10!

It was a Happy Thanksgiving Trip

We truly enjoyed! This 3 level home was perfect for our family. The kids stayed on 1st floor room, the Parents stayed on 2nd floor and the Couples on the 3rd floor. We had a issue with the elevator and that problem was corrected with a simple call. Great service and excellent communication.

Well appointed rooms, the outdoor area is relaxing, the selection of beach items was great and the golf cart made getting around the area super easy. A couple of the appliances need repair and instructions on operating the elevator should probably be left out for guests. But overall an enjoyable experience!

The house was clean, well-stocked with kitchen appliances and in the best location for getting to the beach. The only complaint is that they need new pans. There is plenty of room for everyone even for playing games. This is not the first or the last time we will stay there.

no elevator

the house was ok clean for the most parts, some things wheren working properly like the ligths in the patio , and the tvs, the kost annoying thing was the eleveator being closed we wrent abale to use the elevator , we rented this house and ask specifically for the elevator to be working beacuse of tje older people and one with a knee surgery, i call 2 times before our stay and told that the elevator was in working condition and it was noy the foor had srews and theyvwerent new looked like the elevato was out of limits the golf car key was is broken in 2 aand the brakes non working correctly.

Trouble with TV not working called for 3 days to get elevator to work before someone told us we had to sign a release for the elevator. No trash cans around the washer or dryer for lent.

Great place!

We had a great stay! The house was clean and the location was great. The check-in process was a little confusing, you need the garage code first to then use the access code on the door inside the garage. The information is provided, you just need to know what you’re looking for. The beach access is very convenient, just note that there are 25 stairs to get down to the beach. It wasn’t an issue, just something to know if you have elderly people staying with you. The pool is very nice and perfect for kids. We did not pay to heat it and most evenings it was very warm from the sun. The golf carts were fun and useful. We did run into one issue where the golf cart said it had full battery but died on us. There is some wear and tear in the house. We had 11 adults and 2 kids and didn’t feel cramped. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. There were 2 child gates provided. We used them on the main floor so the kids couldn’t go up the stairs or fall down them. The elevator was super convenient especially since there are a lot of stairs between floors. Overall it was great and we would definitely come back!

It was big and spacious for all of us, my kids loved the home and honestly no one wanted to leave by the end of the week lol. We all felt comfortable and enjoyed the convenience of being across the road from the beach. We wanted to enjoy the pool as well but it was so cold. The trees and homes block the sun from ever hitting the pool so it was always in the shade and stayed cold. I would of liked to have been able to get into the pool but it was freezing cold. The home has a great supply of hot water everyone would shower after our day at the beach and never had the issue of anyone being left without warm water so I really loved that too. We very much enjoyed our stay and hope that we get the chance to repeat again.

It had enough space for our large group and we never felt cramped when we were all in one space together. The convenience to the beach access was also perfect. The only downfall of this rental was the foot and car traffic. It was very difficult to get in and out of the driveway because of the people walking and biking on the sidewalk and the cars going down the road. This isn’t this rentals fault but it did get frustrating at times when you were trying to get in and out to go somewhere. When the sidewalk was clear of walkers and bikers you then had vehicles and golf carts. The reviews we read didn’t mention this. I wanted to make sure that it was mentioned so future renters were aware of the traffic that you have to deal with.

Reviewer Comments: The property was great, however we called as soon as we checked in because the 3rd Floor AC wasn't working. Though 2 different maintenance guys showed up, neither could get it working or get the one portable unit they brought working. Was told they'd be back with more units none were hooked up the first night. AC guy came Saturday, but didn't have part to fix. Finally they came with one more portable unit and hooked up both after we were told there would be 3 (one for each bedroom). Third never showed up. Other than that, the property was great.

Codes didn’t work to get in. Terrible communication.

This property is beautiful and great location BUT not worth dealing with the unfriendly & unhelpful management property. Arrived at 8pm and none of the codes worked to get in. No one came to help or assist, had to be on the phone for close to an hour before we got in. One lady was pregnant and exhausted from traveling. Also had groceries to get in the fridge and had to wait to get in. Then the alarm for the pool door would not shut off, and that was the door we had to use to get in since the main door code didn’t work. Super loud and obnoxious. I don’t recommend this management company. I’ve dealt with lots in this area, not impressed with them.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was perfect for our large family, everyone had their own bedroom and attached bathroom. All of the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with everything we needed. Surround sound for music was a plus. The location of this house is perfect in between some restaurants and shops. Beach access was right across the street which was very convenient. It was our first time in Miramar beach and renting with my vacation haven and would highly recommend them both. The beaches and water are beautiful and the rental company was great and easy to work with.Minor complaints - we paid to have the pool heated before arrival, it was not. We had to call a couple of times to get someone out and lost a few days of pool time. The couches in the living room probably need to be replaced, they are quite stained. Additional seating on balconies would be beneficial as well. Being on a busy road, it can be loud with traffic at times.Other than that we enjoyed our stay! Thank you!
