The Space:

You can also head to the community pool for a swim before coming inside to the open living area, where a large sectional, additional seating, and a Smart TV create a comfortable place to gather. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a dining table with seating for eight, and additional counter seating for casual meals or morning coffee.



Located approximately a 7-minute walk from the beach, with Miramar Beach Regional Beach Access just 0.3 miles away, guests can easily enjoy the area's sugar-white sand and emerald-green Gulf waters. The home is also conveniently located near shopping, dining, entertainment, and everyday essentials.



LIVING ROOM



The spacious open-concept living room serves as the central gathering space of the home. Relax on the comfortable sectional and additional seating while enjoying your favorite shows and movies on the Smart TV. A ceiling fan helps keep the space comfortable, while the open layout creates an easy flow between the living room, kitchen, and dining area. Bedroom #3 features a queen-size bed and Smart TV, along with a Juliet balcony that brings in natural light and provides an added coastal touch. The bedroom also features an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination for added privacy and convenience.

Bedroom #4 includes a queen-size bed and Smart TV, providing a comfortable private retreat for couples or additional guests. The room also features an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination.



BEDROOM 5



Bedroom #5 features a king-size bed and Smart TV, offering another spacious and comfortable sleeping option. The bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom with a separate shower and bathtub, providing guests with additional privacy and convenience.



FIRST-FLOOR BATHROOM



A full bathroom is located on the first floor, featuring a shower/tub combination. This provides convenient access to a bathroom for guests using the main living areas or staying in the home without an ensuite bathroom.

The home features balcony access from the living room, as well as a Juliet balcony off Bedroom #3. The main balcony provides an inviting outdoor space to enjoy your morning coffee, relax in the evening, or take in the coastal atmosphere.

PARKING



Parking is available for up to four vehicles, with two spaces in the garage and two spaces in the driveway. Guests are asked not to block or park in other townhome driveways. No trailer or boat parking is available, and vehicles or golf carts may not be parked in front of the pool area.



LAUNDRY



For added convenience, the home is equipped with an in-home washer and dryer, allowing guests to easily take care of laundry throughout their stay.



SECURITY



For the safety and security of guests and the property, the home is equipped with one external security camera located at the front entrance and monitoring the front walkway.



LOCATION



The Coastal Drift offers an excellent Miramar Beach location, with Miramar Beach Regional Beach Access just 0.3 miles away, approximately a 7-minute walk from the home. Guests can easily spend their days relaxing on the Gulf, enjoying a meal by the water, shopping nearby, or exploring everything the surrounding area has to offer.
